Warning: BetPort closing accounts, confiscating balances, ignoring complaints . For the past few months we’ve tried to pursue a number of player complaints against BetPort (betport.com and betport.net). The various issues are very much the same: player takes a bonus, wins a nice amount, the casino immediately locks them out and confiscates the balance. If the player asks – the casino says “under investigation”, or says nothing at all, but the “investigation” never ends and even after several months the players haven’t received a dime and have no news from the casino as to when they might. Our many attempts to contact the casino on the player’s behalf were all ignored:
Warning: BetPort is confiscating player balances and closing accounts without explanation. All attempts to raise the issues are ignored. Players are STRONGLY advised to avoid this casino.
We don’t know whether or not this is an issue of “bad” players vs. a casino – or legit players being totally ripped off. Since the casino has spurned any communications from us we can only take the players’ complaints at face value. Besides, they are operating with a suspended license: 8048/JAZ. A true definition of a rogue casino.
Avoid this casino at all costs.
