Complaints about their brands are few and far between, and if anything crops up, things get sorted out quickly and fairly. This really gives us confidence that they’ll deal with any issues quickly, usually within a few hours.

First Impression

Just out in 2024, FatFruit online casino was launched by Hollycorn N.V., a company behind 40+ other platforms, including RetroBet, CrocoSlots, Boho Casino, and others. As of now, they hold the GCB certificate.

From a visual standpoint, their website oozes a playful vibe — everything’s bright, vibrant, and fruity. If you’re into that, it tells you right from the start that you’ll have a blast, but if you’re more of a dark-theme kind of a player, this could be a turnoff. 

Everything else seems up to the mark — they store a pretty hefty amount of slots, but there are also live dealer, jackpot, and table games titles.     We instantly went for the live chat option, thinking that would go fast. Looking back at it now, we cannot say things weren’t resolved quickly, but we did spend a bit of time trying to get past the chatbot and get hold of a real customer support rep. Once we finally got in touch with a real person, they were really efficient, knowledgeable, and quick to help. But if you’re ever in a hurry and need something fixed fast, gear up to having to sneak past the bot first.

    The identity checks at FatFruit are pretty standard. You’ll need to provide them with your ID, passport or driver’s license, utility bill, phone bill, or bank statement, and a screenshot or photo from an online bank, bank statement, Skrill page, etc. showing the deposit. 

    The key phrase here is ‘showing the deposit.’ 

    To clarify what this exactly means for players, we reached out to their customer support. (Nothing unusual while putting casino reviews pen to paper.) 

    Anyhow, they told us that they have no means to confirm your payment method unless you have already made your first deposit.
