CrocoSlots Casino Review
Great selection of games, payment methods, and responsible gaming tools
Casinomeister's Verdict
CrocoSlots is as good as Curaçao-licensed casinos get: you’ll find a broad selection of games from 120 providers, a number of payment methods for both fiat currencies and cryptocurrencies, a surprisingly comprehensive set of responsible gaming tools, and reliable 24/7 customer support. The casino is also operated by Hollycorn N.V., a company we have a good long-standing relationship with.
The main downsides are a relatively low withdrawal limit and the fact deposits must be wagered 3 times before the player can withdraw the money without fees, and the fees are left entirely to the casino’s discretion.
Apart from these issues, there’s a lot to like about CrocoSlots and the casino is owned by a trustworthy operator, so we can confidently recommend it to players. For more detailed insight, check out our full CrocoSlots casino review below.
Lots of games and useful responsible gaming tools
From the Desk of Max Drayman
We’ve had no complaints about CrocoSlots in the 2 years since it was founded. Add that to the fact that they’re a Hollycorn N.V. property which, as we’ve said many times before, is about as good as it gets in the online casino business. Players need have no worries here.
First Impression
CrocoSlots leaves a strong first impression with its bright and colorful theme, and everything looks good upon closer inspection — clear categories, clean homepage, and even a convenient dashboard giving you insight into your account and bonuses. A quick look around reveals a comprehensive set of payment options and a broad selection of games, which is always a good sign.
The casino has been around since 2022 and is licensed by the Curaçao Gaming Control Board (no. OGL/2023/176/0095). It’s owned by Hollycorn N.V., a company with several 40+ established online casinos under its umbrella. CrocoSlots itself has had no major issues associated with it, and we have a great long-standing relationship with the operator, so there are zero red flags to speak of.

BONUSES AND PROMOTIONS
The casino offers a solid welcome bonus in the form of 3 deposit bonuses, as well as cashback and reload bonuses for VIP members.
Exclusive Offer
CrocoSlots also has an exclusive bonus for Casinomeister players. To claim it, all you need to do is activate the bonus using the code CM50 within 3 days after signing up.
Your account will be credited with 50 free spins that can be used for Miss Cherry Fruits. The winnings come with the usual 45x wagering requirement that you have 7 days to meet, with a maximum win of €50 or equivalent in other currencies.
CrocoSlots Welcome Bonus
The welcome bonus at CrocoSlots consists of three deposit bonuses.
The first deposit bonus is a matching offer: 100% up to €1000 and 100 Free Spins. Both the bonus money and the free spins winnings are subject to a 45x wagering requirement, which is a bit high but not terrible. The real downer is that this bonus is not available for crypto deposits
With the second deposit, players can get bonus cash. There’s a fixed table specifying bonus cash amount for fiat deposits, ranging from €5 to €100, and actual bonus money can range from 20% to 50% based on how much you deposit.
With crypto, it’s more straightforward, as it’s 30% of your deposit up to 500 USDT. Best of all, this bonus has no wagering requirements for the second deposit bonus. That may sound too good to be true, and there is a small catch — CrocoSlots requires all deposits to be wagered at least 3 times before the money can be withdrawn fee-free. This is higher than the 1x industry standard for AML purposes, so I would’ve preferred to at the very least see a specific fee table for withdrawals that don’t meet the wagering requirement.
The third deposit is the “Croco Wheel.” Players who deposit at least €20 can spin the wheel and win anywhere from €20 to €10,000 in bonus cash. This bonus is subject to the same 45x wagering requirement as the first deposit bonus.
Overall, it’s a solid welcome package with fairly straightforward terms and a clear list of excluded games and countries. However, terms and conditions are always subject to change, so be sure to read them carefully if you decide to play at the casino.
No-Deposit & Free Spins Offers
CrocoSlots doesn’t advertise any no-deposit bonuses or free spins bonuses on their site, outside of the exclusive offers for VIP members that include daily cashback and reload bonuses.
However, they do seem to have a lot of ongoing promos they send via email, as I’ve received 10+ unique bonuses during the week I signed up. These promos included hundreds of free spins for specific games and matching offers going as high as 200% up to €200, all of which came with the same 45x wagering requirement as the welcome bonus.
As for the VIP bonuses, the daily cashback is calculated separately for slots, live casino, and crypto. The bonus money ranges from 5% to 15% depending on VIP level, with a 30x wagering requirement that must be met within 7 days.
The daily reload bonus is available only to VIP players who are on the Silver tier or higher, and it goes as follows:
- 25% up to €100 and 45x wagering for Silver
- 35% up to €200 and 35x wagering for Gold
- 50% up to €500 and 25x wagering for Diamond
These are solid casino bonuses and I would’ve loved to see something like this for non-VIP players too, but more on the VIP program below.
VIP and Loyalty Programs
The VIP program at CrocoSlots was a pleasant surprise. It’s structured, simple, and transparent.
There are 4 VIP tiers and players level up by placing real money bets — every €20 wagered on slots credits your account with 1 “Croco Coin.” Each tier has progressively higher requirements — 500 CC for Bronze, 2500 CC for Silver, 10,000 CC for Gold, and 20,000 CC for Diamond. However, each tier comes with a VIP boost that increases your CC generation rate by 10%, 25%, 50%, and 100% respectively.
VIP members get access to perks such as cash rewards, increased withdrawal limits, daily cashback, and reload bonuses as mentioned above. There are also VIP-only tournaments, exclusive promos, and a personal account manager.
Overall, leveling up at CrocoSlots isn’t as expensive as it is at many other casinos, especially with the progressive CC bonuses on each tier. It’s also good they have specific, quantifiable benefits instead of just promises where you have to take them at their word. All things considered, it’s a worthwhile loyalty program for anyone who plays here long-term.
Banking & Payment Methods
CrocoSlots has a good selection of payment methods on offer for both fiat and cryptocurrency payments.
If you’re looking to make fiat deposits, you can use VISA, Mastercard, Maestro, paysafecard, Skrill, Neteller, MiFinity, Jeton, AstroPay, Neourf, MuchBetter, Payz, Flexepin, Instadebit, iDebit, PurpleyPay, Ezeewallet, Interac, or direct bank transfer. This is a great selection, and the minimum and maximum deposits are generally €20 and €4000 respectively, but this can vary based on payment method. As always, keep in mind that not all of these methods are available globally, so the exact selection will vary based on your location.
The cryptocurrency selection is also quite good, as you can use Bitcoin, Bitcoin Cash, Ethereum, Dogecoin, Litecoin, Tron, Ripple, Binance Coin, and Tether. It’s not as extensive as some other crypto casinos that might also support other popular coins such as Solana or Cardano, but it’s good variety. The minimum deposits are expressed in each respective cryptocurrency, so the exact minimums may vary in fiat.
Overall, it’s a great selection of payment options, and PayPal is the only major name missing from the list. If that’s your preferred payment method, you may want to check out our list of online casinos that accept PayPal.
CrocoSlots Withdrawal Speed
Most withdrawal methods at CrocoSlots are instant, although processing may take up to 3 days in some cases.
As usual, the number of withdrawal methods is more limited compared to deposit options. All cryptocurrencies are available for withdrawal, but if you’re using fiat currencies, you can only withdraw using VISA, Mastercard, Skrill, Neteller, MiFinity, Instadebit, iDebit, EcoPayz, Interac, or direct bank transfer.
All withdrawals are fee-free, with one exception: deposits have to be wagered at least 3 times before they can be withdrawn. If you withdraw money before meeting the requirement, the casino may charge a fee which is solely at their discretion. As mentioned above, casinos usually require you to wager your deposit at least once as an anti-money laundering measure, but most people will agree 3x is excessive, especially without transparent fees.
Finally, there are several withdrawal limits: €2500 per day, €5000 per week, and €20,000 per month, and any withdrawals above €20,000 may be paid out in installments. This is quite mediocre as far as limits go, not great but not terrible.
Responsible Gaming
I’m not used to seeing thorough responsible gaming features at Curaçao-licensed casinos. However, CrocoSlots was a very pleasant surprise, as it has features that rival some of the best-rated online casinos on our site.
By navigating to the Responsible Gambling tab on your Account page, you can set deposit, loss, and wager limits on daily, weekly and monthly levels. On top of that, you can also set session limits, activate a cool-off period for anywhere from 1 day to 6 months, or self exclude for 6 to 12 months. And if you wish to self-exclude for longer periods of time, you can do so through customer support.
That said, CrocoSlots really goes above and beyond to provide useful responsible gaming tools. Most Curaçao-licensed casinos just stick to the bare minimum and only offer long-term self-exclusion, so kudos to CrocoSlots for sticking out of the crowd.
Customer Support at CrocoSlots
I’ve had no unpleasant experiences with the customer support at CrocoSlots, and it’s all standard good stuff. You can reach out via contact form or email but the 24/7 live chat is the best option. There were no queues, and agents always replied instantly whenever I tried to contact them throughout the week. They sometimes took a few minutes to get back to me but I always got the info I needed, so no complaints here.
CrocoSlots also has an FAQ section for common questions players might encounter, such as registration, deposits, and bonuses. It’s a bit short but it’s not a big issue when the casino has actual 24/7 live support.
KYC
CrocoSlots has a simple and straightforward account verification process. Players are required to submit a personal ID, a proof of address, and proof of deposit. Some players may be required to send a selfie with their ID or do a quick video call.
The casino’s terms don’t specify any mandatory start point for the verification process, and it’s left entirely up to their discretion. Usually, this means the process will start when you make your first withdrawal request, so it’s best to take care of KYC ahead of time. Fortunately, you can easily submit all the required documents by going to your Account view, under Profile, and going to the Verification tab.
CrocoSlots Casino Experience and Features
The casino comes on strong with an unusual color scheme and a fair bit of clutter. It might seem a bit chaotic at a glance but it’s not too bad once you get used to the layout. The site is actually quite functional, with clear categories for different types of games that can also be filtered by provider. Sadly, the search function is a bit basic and I would’ve loved to see some additional filters here.
On the bright side, there’s a convenient user dashboard that lets you quickly jump into the last game you played, view your bonuses, your current VIP status, and more. It’s a part of the whole “cluttered until you get used to it” thing CrocoSlots has going, but it’s actually a neat thing to have once you do get used to it.
Desktop and Mobile Gaming
CrocoSlots doesn’t have a mobile app, but the website is adapted well to mobile platforms. When you open the site on your phone, you can easily access your account settings, notifications, deposits, live chat, and side bar from the bottom of the screen. Meanwhile, game categories and search are found at the top.
The UI doesn’t change much but the thumbnails fit a smaller screen well, and the site works smoothly with no hiccups or clunkiness. Games work well too, but you’ll probably need to go into landscape mode for the ideal experience.
Brand games
CrocoSlots Casino Game Providers
You’ll find plenty of recognizable, industry-leading names at CrocoSlots, including Pragmatic Play, Play’n GO, Spinomenal, BGaming, Hacksaw Gaming, NetEnt, and Spribe. However, with over 120 providers currently on the site, there’s a lot of variety and lesser-known providers if you want to try something new.
CrocoSlots Slots
As the name of the casino may imply, slots are a big part of CrocoSlots. Given the sheer number of providers on the site, it’s obvious there’s an impressive collection of games here, and there’s thousands of titles to choose from.
Slots are sorted into several categories, which makes browsing a breeze. You can narrow down your selection to megaways, jackpots, high volatility slots, and slots with bonus buy features. On top of that, you can always browse games by provider or take a look at the trending, new, or top-rated games.
Live Casino
The CrocoSlots live casino didn’t disappoint either. You can find blackjack, baccarat, roulette, poker, game shows, craps, and many other live games from recognizable names such as Pragmatic Play, Evolution, Playtech, and Ezugi, as well as some lesser-known providers.
While the selection is great, I would’ve loved to see some more precise search tools here. You can’t narrow down your selection by both category and provider, so browsing games can be a hassle if you’re only looking for specific games or variants. Scrolling through hundreds of games 12 at a time is hardly my idea of the ideal user experience.
About the CrocoSlots Team and History
CrocoSlots launched in 2022, and they have a license from the Curaçao Gaming Control Board (no. OGL/2023/176/0095). This casino is one of a few dozen casinos operated by Hollycorn N.V. and it’s easily one of the best entries in their portfolio. The casino itself has a clean track record with no major red flags, and Casinomeister has had a good working relationship with Hollycorn N.V. for a long time.
Complaints and Track Record
We’ve had no complaints against CrocoSlots at Casinomeister so far. There’s a handful of complaints floating around the web, but all of them seem to have been handled responsibly by CrocoSlots reps and, from what I saw, all complaints were either resolved or dropped by players.
Considering this and the operator’s reputation at Casinomeister, it’s safe to say there are no red flags here and any issues you might encounter will undoubtedly be resolved in a timely and professional manner.
