Casinomeister’s PAB hit new highs in September

Over the past 30 days, Casinomeister’s Complaints department has seen a spike in the number of complaints that came our way. We received a total of 90 cases — two times what we usually handle in a month.
No player deserves a ‘speak to the hand’ treatment, and that’s why our PAB (Player Arbitration Service) team has already resolved about one-third of the total 90 cases and returned over €100,000. Those figures surely stand out, but we expect them to go even higher as we keep on convincing more casinos to do the right thing.
While it’s clear to everyone that complaints are never good news (neither for a casino’s reputation nor players’ nerves), there’s still little something to celebrate. These numbers prove that more and more players are becoming part of what we at Casinomeister have been doing for decades — keeping online gaming a fair, safe, and no-nonsense playing field. That’s definitely something to get excited about.
