hi,i am newbie at casinos,this is only my first month on casinos,but i am curious about your success,why do you play at casinos? how succesfull you are at it? how long do you play it? do you earn more than you lose or other way around? did it took a toll on your regular life,did you change in some way?

why do you play at casinos?
For fun, entertainment & escapism.

how succesfull you are at it?
Not a good as I used to be! But self control keeps me in check... most of the time!

How long what?
Since I started? January 2001
How often? Nearly every day since then.
How much each day? Anything up to about 3 hours.

do you earn more than you lose or other way around?
Not any more. I made profit every year for the first 9 years (bonus hunting), but after that I had kids, less time, more stress, I virtually stopped the hunting and just played mostly for fun.

did it took a toll on your regular life, did you change in some way?
Oh yes. FAR too long FAR too often in front of the computer when I should have been doing more important things.
Still - it beats trying to chose from 50 channels of crap on the TV of an evening!
But changed for the better in some ways too: stopped me "gambling" (burning money) on Fruit Machines so much, and my winnings in the early days helped my pay off my debts (not huge).

How often do I play?
On average every few weeks although sometimes more. It depends on my bankroll. I never play more than I can afford to lose and I have a set entertainment budget.

how succesful you are at it?
Probably lost way more than I won but I am not keeping count. I am doing better the last year or so since I set limits and cashout with smaller wins. I am not loosing all my bankroll hoping to get the bankroll up higher. Although a monster hit is always welcome I don't chase them anymore. I am happy to be entertained for a couple of hours cause as Casino King says there is crap all on telly most of the time (this of course excludes the Walking Dead)

do you earn more than you lose or other way around?
Depends if I have a good session. Have gone a few months on a losing streak. I have a small gambling budget as I said its mainly for entertainment. If I win I win cashout and put the money to good use on other things and keep a little extra for future sessions.

No I don't have kids so I have lots of free time. I also walk away when I get bored. There is always Netflix
