Ybets Casino has entered the Grey Zone on Casinomeister. You can check out Ybets Casino review here

Highlights include from the Desk of Max Drayman:

Ybets: no complaints here at Casinomeister though we are aware that there have been slow-payment issues under the casino’s previous name, Inmerion. To be fair, those all seem to have been resolved in reasonable time.

The casino is responsive to player issues so the picture on Ybets looks pretty good. Casino is licensed in the Philippines (PAGCOR) which is not great, the regulatory effectiveness of PAGCOR is TBD, but it could be worse.

30x wagering sound good, RTP ish 💩 and you can play with out VPN, it sound more of NO GAMSTOP casino

PAGCOR claims that they don't have a license, and never had one.
This casino also does not have any working responsible gaming option. The ones in the account setting's don't work at all (account closure and self exclusion will just log you out, wagering limit simply does not work), and to make this even worse they will not activate any limit if you reach out to support (which won't answer at all), and if you reach out to your VIP manager they will just find some excuse and then never update you.

Worth mentioning that they offer no-kyc card deposits, which is quite weird for a crypto casino, but it's obviously too good to be true. It's done trough a very shady provider called 'Zinzipay', which will process each payment trough a different company (an ed-tech software company, a supermarket in Nigeria, and more). A couple of days after I deposited 3 of these companies double charged me out of nowhere, all at the same time and even going above the balance of the card they used (not sure how they did that). The casino never claimed to have anything to do with this, but conveniently the payments were refunded (note: refunded, not reverted, it was not a mistake) after multiple threats were sent from me and my bank.

The only other bad thing I found and I was (somewhat) liable for are their funny withdrawal limits and ToS. They state specific withdrawal limits for standard and VIP users, but rest assured they will not, by any means, respect them. I was a VIP user probably wagering more than 99% of their active users and I had withdrawal limits even below the standard user's ones. This is done through point 8.12 of their ToS, where they basically state that the limits are nonsense since they can decide your limit however they want (without ever stating how exactly you can increase them).
They advertise jackpots of up to 1M$, which we all know no one will ever win, but just so you know, if you happen to win that it will take you actual years to withdraw them and you will have no way to limit your account.

This casino should not be operation at all. Happy to provide proof for everything I said as long as it largely changes your review page to avoid people trusting them.

Can't speak for the rest of the post but I'll explain how the licencing situation worked.

PAGCOR had around

offshore licences prior to cancellation. They expire on the 31st of December but according to the recently updated pdf in my second link, appear to be cancelled effective yesterday (15th).

One of these licensees, New Wave Infotech, has provided Sigg Marketing Limited with a
