New Microgaming casino opened accepting uk players , Signed up and non of the slots will load , so i now cannot play any of the games , On top of that live help is unavailable

Why do they allow us to sign up if we cannot play , Most sites usually give you notifications .

These new UK gaming laws have really messed up the gaming experience , Some sites allow you to play certain platforms and others don't , There are no prior warnings its just trial and error , It's just not good enough imo.

Never signed up to it as never heard of it.

Have you tried the games in free play without logging in to see if they work. I just had a look at the site and tried several games in freeplay and all loaded and worked fine.

Got in touch with live help , Asked them why they allow UK players to sign up if they don't allow UK players to use the site , Was accused of knowing i couldn't use the site and that i shouldn't have signed up in the first place .

When i arrived at the homepage of this casino the first time , There where no I.P warnings like on most sites UK players are banned , I continued to registration where i selected GREAT BRITAIN from the country list , Still no problem .

Tried to withdraw my money and go elsewhere , Was then told to withdraw my deposit ( that i can't use on the site ) i need to complete a KYC check ,

So i now need to get fresh copies of all my docs to send off and be approved just to get back my deposit .

Its gone from an expected night of fun to a week of annoyance until i get my deposit back !

Never tried registering but like I said it let me try all the games in freeplay. Should be like other sites and not allow that and give the message that uk players are not allowed.

It is a new casino - but from a very old casino group - Fortune Lounge
I have to say I'm pretty surprised & very disappointed that they allow UK players to sign-up when they can not accept them at ANY of their 10 casinos.

As for that second rate affiliate site - well you should stick to the one where the webmaster has spent ages labelling all the casinos with little flags to show which take or don't take UK players. What's it called... Kasino - something... .co.uk?

They may have an IP checker but they are far from foolproof and need updating regularly - Plusnet just bought a load of US IP addresses for example and where databases haven't been updates they will assume those people are in the US.
Even so they absolutely should not have UK, Great Britain etc listed as possible sign up countries when they are not allowed - there is no excuse for this.
Thanks for the heads up, you may have saved me a similar issue at least but sorry for your troubles.
