it's not easy to break away from the pack in this industry. it takes a lot of work and effort, and the ability to see players as valued customers. you not only need to attract new players, but to keep a strong, loyal base as well.

it's a formula that seems too difficult for many casinos to figure out, but obviously it is possible... you just have to work at it constantly.

it is the only place i play online anymore. i have lost more than iv'e won there. i expect that everywhere( b&m or online). the thing that keeps me playing there is the fact that if i cashout the money is paid promptly. bottom line. when i get slaughtered, in a.c. or vegas, i know i will get paid if a win comes my way. support, nice personel, comps, all that stuff is great but the bottom line for a player is payment. they have paid quickly and hassle free. if that changes i will no longer play there. i do see your "wolf in sheeps clothing" point of view. it has some validity. people have flocked there. kinda like the only game in town. if others come along like 3d then maybe some pay tables might be changed. a little healthy competition is good but they have proven themselves miles ahead of other places, here in the u.s., as far as payment, support, etc.

For your information pal, I've cashed out more money at 3Dice than all the other places combined in all the years.... and I only play slots. The last 5 or 6 sessions have all ended with cash-outs between $300-$1120. About 3k in the last week alone.

I'm a low-roller, so my deposits are small each time. I can't believe you would invade this thread which was meant as a congratulatory thread and try and turn it into a "bitch-fest"

First of all, support, they are GREAT. And they do care about you.
Sec..if i win i know that in the same sec i hit that cashout..its on its way.
3:rd...Chat....we have so much fun in there.
4: If i dont deposit i can still play and win...there are so many free tourneys all the time.

So I guess what I'm saying is : Since I'm gonna lose some anyway - I'd rather lose it at 3Dice where I get all the good things to.

I would love to agree with you but having never had a cashout i couldnt tell you for the life of me whether it would be quick or not lol Based on what ive read here though from other members I have no doubt that any cashout would be handled quickly and efficiently. They do certainly appear to be fluid, collective and quick with their customers needs and expectations. The games are great looking and original and to be perfectly honest nothing would make me happier than to make 3Dice my regular playing place but alas i cannot. I would be bankrupt within a month if i did lol not always but a lot of the time i can make a 50 or a 100 deposit on a mg casino and spend a week or two on that same deposit happily playing a few hours every day. I so wish the same could be applied to 3Dice but at least for me it cant and doesnt and it sucks me in and blows me out but again this may not be 3Dices fault this could be just my scummy luck and i always deposit at the wrong times. i think 3dice is wonderful. everyone agrees their staff are wonderful. But not everyone has the same experience! their games are not going to suit everyone and i see no problem with people sharing their experiences, good or bad. i don't play nearly as much now, but when i do, it's still at 3dice.

i agree with Trollet 100%! and really, that's the whole point of why 3dice is appreciated by so many of us. 3dice is not great because everyone wins there....c'mon! they provide the same product as other casinos, just in a much, much better way.

I think ALL casino reps should be as visible as possible on here. I haven't played at 3Dice as of yet, but I give a thumbs up to Enzo for being as visible as he was.
In my own opinion, any casino rep that participates where players and issues are concerned, shows they do take an interest in what players are saying and their issues.

I wouldn't worry about doing 'more harm than good', Tim, it's not like its your job Looking back at years of your posts I see you have played heavily at times, and must have lost a shedload along the way. i tend to think that if you hit a months long bad streak (knock on wood) you won't up up up your bet and chase chase chase that dragon. Ffs, you finally found a casino you can call home, and a man tends to defend that.

I can be kind of a, how say, controversial? poster... so in the interest of what I consider the Premiere casino online I quit lauding 3Dice so much as others came along singing their praise.. didn't want to do 'more harm than good' even though it ain't my job either It's been almost a year since Enzo started to engage here. I was so impressed with his clarity, honesty, and accessability then and I am still am today.

Guys and Gals, Tim made a very valid point here, This particular thread was originally meant to be a congratulatory thread, It was appropriately named by the original poster Trollet "WTG 3Dice!!!" which does in fact appear to me to also be a congratulatory thread and if I did not want to add congrats to 3Dice here because of their award they just won from Casinomeister then I would have not derailed this thread but instead simply just started my own thread where I could bitch and dis my opinions about how bad 3Dice are....that simple!

Hell, I have probably lost as much or more that most others there, but I have also cashed out good amounts there too. Just like at any Land Based Casino, but what seperates 3Dice from the rest is the Great Customer Service and the Fast Payouts and also the fact that upper management is not cloaked or masked but right out in front of you for complaints or kudos. How long has it been since most of us have seen this in this online industry...huh?

If any of you have not yet experienced their personal touch just get in contact with one of the great, highly trained reps over there and experience it for yourself, its unheard of in this online industry today and I am speaking from my experience of playing online ever since 1995 at practically every online casino out there that would let me open up an account.

There are a lot of people painting such a great picture of 3Dice at the moment it would be easy for someone new to think that you cant go wrong with this casino and you can. Yes its a great casino, yes it has great games and yes its original and the CS is excellent but you do LOSE and lose quite often, it is not as rosy as people think because im fairly sure most people, besides the added enjoyment of playing are actualy here to try and make money, ultimately thats why were all here.

UPDATE : I would like to add that since I opened this hornets nest of an argument/debate lol I have had some private talks with Enzo. I at least do now see what you mean when some of you mention getting the personal touch. We had a bit of a chat and Enzo very kindly made the gesture of a free chip and some good advice. I dont know if ill win, with my luck probably no but so far im having an enjoyable session and thats important Not as important as leaving filthy rich but at least good playing time which is value for money and its a close second lol

But please do allow me to point out that someone praising any casino, even after losing is not by definition a sucker ! It may just as well be someone that wants to stress that his or her opinion is not being influenced by luck. In general, I would consider it a very bad idea to recommend any casino based on the fact that you've been lucky there .. or unlucky for that matter. It _should_ (mark my choice of words) be obvious that winning at any casino is always a good, pleasant and hassle free experience.

Lojo, high variance is indeed a two edge sword .. I wont rerun the maths (variance=0 means no chance to win!), but a player gave me a quote that perhaps does a great job at coining the concept ..

You're not the only one, I'm another 3 dice 'fan boi' (check a lot of my screenies) yet since January the 1st I've lost several thousand pounds there with every session resulting in hardly any features and big losses. They were ok to me at the start then I broke even for a while but they have hit me hard every time recently.

As much as I love them I don't know how much more I can take there at this rate. What I like about 3dice is you can play for a while there without loosing the lot, or it used to be like that currently it seems $1000 goes nowhere and I expect to get 1-2 features from that betting between $5 and $9 per spin.

My main concern with 3dice I don't feel like I'll ever get a good win there. My biggest so far is about $3500 from Medieval Moolah but when deposits are often nearly $1k it's not much in perspective. Whilst there are people posting 1000x wins they are usually low rollers and after months of playing have still not seen a 5 scatter on anything. As much as I hate MG there's always that little feeling you will something big, maybe I've just had more luck there?

They certainly deserved the CM award though, the CS there is much better than I've experienced anywhere else and that alone deserves some loyalty.

I agree with Enzo that you can't define a casino as simply good or bad based on winning alone it's a mixture of fun, loyalty, CS. The streaky nature of their slots has had put me close to a nervous breakdown at points but I hope over time it will even out (sooner the better!)

and for the record tim, i applaud your loyalty to 3dice... i know it is well deserved. you've been here a long time. i just feel all experiences are important, even the negative ones because it gives casinos a chance to show what they are really about.

and you're right... the point of this thread really was that 3dice won best new casino of the year!

I know I'm a bit over the top most of the time. I can be a person of extremes to say the least. All highs and lows... not much middle ground in this guy's life. Makes for some exciting times, but also gets me into trouble!

Just wanna add my congrats to 3Dice, although I can't agree more with BryanD (when it comes to that part I have to turn on my "night vision" and move the mouse till I see a target circle (if I ever straighten out my graphics computer problem)...

But the important thing here is, I have to say about 3Dice, is that they truly feel more like a "personable" operation..they have prompt, quick support and make the player feel valuable. That is hard to come by with a lot of the online casinos, and- winning or no winning...that quality is priceless
