Anyone else booted by Quasargaming?
It seems this crowd is expelling more and more countries from their list.
A few days ago I was still able to play and deposit and all of a sudden today:

No e-mail, no notification, no nothing.

This was my number 1 casino for Novomatic slots.

Just being kicked out like some sort of a bum.

Playing there since 2012, depositing many many times and this is what you get as a thank you!

Seriously Quasargaming, this really really really makes my blood boil!!!

Oh I have sent an e-mail.
And I am sure they are not gonna like it.:lolup::lolup:

My internet have put me at another country now and then. I guess that is not the case here, but you normally seem rather cool.
Are you really that angry?:)

Well if I pick "play for real" I get the message that IE residents are not able to play anymore and that my IP has been blocked.
WTG Quasargaming.
Just booting countries like that, and the worst part is, without any prior notice whatsoever.

And yes Tirilej, that really does upset me.

I am/was a VIP there and a lot of my gambling bankroll went to Novomatic slots because I love them.
And Quasargaming was the perfect place to play them as I would not go near a place like Stargames.
Quasargaming is one of the few casino's that always would send me a birthday chip, some other free chips as a VIP customer up to €500.00 sometimes.
And that is all gone now.:(

I agree they should have told you. It stinks since it really show that you only were important when you could play and give them money.
Write another angry email please

:p

Probably will get the standard bla bla bla answer like, we are sorry for any inconveniences this may have caused.
Please check back later to see if we support Ireland again.

At least a crowd like GUTS gave me I think a months notice to tell me they were pulling out of Ireland for legal reasons.
They came back and also sent me an e-mail to welcome me back. :)

As far as Quasargaming goes,I guess it is time to find another Novomatic casino.

Also bad form is that Diva2000 (Quasar Rep) PM'd me a few days ago about an issue I had with them with my birthday chip.
And telling me my next deposit will be a 100% match up to €100.00 and I got a €50.00 no WR chip.
I was happy with that and accepted.
Thinking now, she must have know that Ireland was about to be pulled?

I mean this is not decided over 1 night?

Really really bad.
It stinks!

And this lad is raging!:mad:

I don't know who runs that casino since I've never played there.
I checked their rules earlier and they don't list restricted countries. They just write that it's the customer who needs to know if they are allowed to play or not. Maybe they lean on that rule and think that you should have known it was coming.
Still bad and I do feel for you.

Yep,there is no list of restricted countries indeed.
Also I affiliate for them (not a big one but nevertheless make some cash from that) , and they keep juggling with adding and removing countries from their portfolio.
It is insane and it seems they just add and remove countries to their leisure with little or no notification.

Anyway, see what comes back from my e-mail.

Yeah, got the same message this evening, unexpected as I'd played there last Thursday, anyway it's their lost if they don't want any euros from me! I don't play there that often but it's good to play their slots from time to time as you don't see them that often in other casinos, no email from them which is a bit strange!!!!

Thanks for backing that up m8.
No e-mail here either!

So their decision is discretionary then? That makes even less sense then, given how Guts have welcomed Ireland back.

Maybe their reasoning is that they became annoyed at Irish punters constantly depositing into their bank accounts!

:D:D:D:D:D:D

I think they rather fancy the eastern European market to be honest.
They make huge deposits and play max bets on Novo slots all the time.

Us Irish are modest with €1.00-€4.00 spins where Russians play only €10.00-€40.00 spins.

If players have to second guess whether or not they will be able to log in tomorrow, they may decide to stop logging in today, rather than face being frozen out without notice. Many of the markets casinos serve are "grey markets", so players from all of these "grey markets" should seriously consider winding up their affairs at Quasar gaming so that they can close down their account in a way that suits them, rather than finding that one random day they have been excluded. This will cause problems for Quasar if they start to lose players because they fear they will be next, whether or not Quasar actually have plans to pull out of their region. In the absence of facts, and any advance notice, players are forced to rely on rumour and their own perceptions of the operator seeming to lose interest in retaining their custom.

Loads of former UK facing casinos lost months worth of deposits from me because they refused to say whether or not they were going to get a UK licence. I stopped depositing at ALL casinos who had not positively confirmed their intent as soon as the first operator did the no notice overnight lock out of all their players. Nearly all did eventually pull out of the UK, but they could have had months more of my action had they been prepared to set out their plans in advance and guarantee that UK players could play until a given date.
