WP to NS (Money Vanished)

I did a Money Transfer (ACH) - under $500 - last weekend from WP to NS.
This is the first time I have tried this.
I double checked the routing & account number before I sent it.
Money never showed up in my NetSpend account.
I think 5 business days is long enough for it to clear?

I cannot get a Live Person at NetSpend.
Plan to reverse it from WP next week (they said the persons that would handle that did not work weekends).
Anyone else ran to this before?

Believe it or not, it's actually possible to get a live person on the other end of the phone at NS. It's near impossible, as NONE of the menu options offer a direct line to a rep. Pressing 0 simply lets you know that you've entered an invalid option. It seems that NS does NOT want people to have easy access to live help.

The key is to hit #5 at the first menu (other options), then choose the "dispute" option...I forget which # that one is, but it will get you through to a rep. They can usually handle anything from there. If not, they will transfer you.

Toll-free: 1-86-NETSPEND between 8AM-10PM CST, Monday through Friday and 8AM-8PM CST, Saturday and Sunday.

They said it could take up to 6 Business Days, so I will check my account next week.
I knew it would take a few days but that is over a week.

On some other threads, I notice a few others transfer funds from WP to NS this way.
(It only cost 95c from WP - No fee from NS)
If any of you are here, does it typically take this long to show up in your NS account?

From now on, I think I will drive the 5 Miles to do a Reload and pay the NS fee (plus the WP fee).

I have done this but I only tested it using a small amount of funds it works but it will take some days to deposit your money. I hope you get your funds by next week.

I know ACH's work just because I got my refund and also a regular payments from a company I do work for in there. Normally if you check after 9:00 AM you'll know if you got your money or not. Haven't tried a WP to Netspend load tho.

Never tried WP to NS either, but I've had ACH's post as late as 2-3pm....

And what I like about NS is the fact that they usually post ACH deposits up to 2 days earlier than they are expected.

For instance, if you are due to get an ACH on Friday (paycheck), most of the time you'll get it on Wednesday.

Money showed back up in my WP Account.
So I just did a Reload at a local store.
Still cost less than $5 total and it was instant.
