who called me stupid? i didn't see that and wouldn't appreciate very much either. like i said when i joined i didn't know how bad they were. but i admit i played them because i said to myself, if someone showed up at my door and said give me $100 and in 3 weeks i'll give you $2500 i'll be a fool to say no. but since being on this site i have found many other great rtg casinos, and i know they are on the up and up.
The problem with this group is that they are not merely bad through incompetence, poor management, lack of backing etc. IT IS DELIBERATE POLICY. In fact, they are VERY WELL MANAGED, and by very clever senior staff; unfortunately they are a CRIMINAL ENTERPRISE, and not a legitimate business trying to treat customers well. They WILL pay those players who regularly deposit and lose decent sums of money, and they will treat these players VERY well indeed, hence the phonecall and grovelling apology, often lacking with the more reputable casinos. Win here though, especially over the mid to long term, or even stop losing any more, and their attitude will change abruptly, payments will start taking MONTHS, if you get them at all. They will make promises they never keep, they will change horses mid-stream, and move the goalposts whilst you are playing. They will probably sell your player info to anyone prepared to buy it (we believe they do this anyway, at least to players who no longer play, or that they don't like, or don't make much money from).
Research has revealed an increasingly complex web of deception relating to company structures, mainly intended to snare players into playing at Virtual group casinos without them even knowing it. I would put money on the owners having set up an "emergency exit" for themselves too, so that if they are ever cornered by the authorities, and it looks like "game over", they can cut & run with all the money, even that belonging to players.
It seems you ARE indeed one of their valued LOSING customers, so don't want you to confuse a rare GENUINE delay with all the BOGUS delays that other players have experienced. The last thing they would want you to do is start Googling their reputation because all of a sudden they were no longer paying, this they DID mismanage, they left it too late, and you found this site.
They have also managed to convince you that waiting 22 days for your money is NORMAL
This is actually EXCEPTIONAL in the industry, even the WORST casinos (outside of rogues) pay in less time. Rival are suffering a barrage of moans and complaints because they are taking FIVE days to pay instead of 3, and have taken 10 days or more in a few cases. This is down to the same banking troubles, yet even Rival can keep it under a fortnight, yet VIP Lounge (Virtual) were unable to even keep to their "usual"
22 day payment schedule.
Just don't tell them you have seen the light, particularly Casinomeister until they actually pay up, or you may NEVER see it
(They will consider it "game over" as far as further deposits from you are concerned).
