Hi Peeps, Correct me if I'm wrong any where, Last week I have been going over so many threads getting abit clued up on the latest,
Well any way i have seen that tropeziapalace is now credited, So I give it a shout this morning around 7:30, It was a night mare so slow and no down load? There was no help as stated not till 10am, after 2 hrs of deleting cookies history ect ect, I had about £3 worth of bets, than about 9;30 live chat open and welcome me, I said not happy as last few hrs I have had more trouble than worth, He told me the usal talk, change browser ect, I do no about all this so I not said much,
Any way it started to get better, after my browser loaded up all the rubbish that gets put on now days, But time that happened I was bankrupt just about,
I closed down and went done a bit of work, Than got home open a beer went to next casino and got a call, comes up with some weird name? I said what's this, Only had the phone and number a few weeks so only few people have got it as other phone still going, (was name from differnt country) Well it was tropeziapalace offering me a 100% 2nd depo so I said that's fair enough what's the play threw. she turns around and said its 35x d+b

So hers the problem,
1, I did not think that you get dodgy calls not unless its a surprise free bonus and a nice welcome,
2, It was around 4 0clock, people normally working at this time,
3, I always thought 1st deposit was the worst, so why am I geting calls about a 100% depoist with 35x d+b when even the worst sites offer this?

Well any way it went from 100% 35x d&B To 80% just bonus to 75% just bonus & the best thing was that I was not even asking her for a better bonus, I see no where in the t&c about 35x All I have seen is 20x D&B on st deposit and 50x a no deposit free chip with max take out 20x free chip, even low at first she said they do not give free chips, So where was mine after all this?

Im not an expert just like a gamble, Hence why You peps are here, I hope you can sort me out on this 1, I am not moaning or knocking any casino but them turn overs after a phone call are a bit harse

To be honest with you, I am sad that you had a bad experience but I am still not sure I completely understand why. Read your post and thought about it for a while and my impression is that the wagering requirement is the factor that leaves you unhappy here.

Since you already received a very generous 200% bonus on your first deposit, we could not offer you equally generous bonus the second time around but we still wanted to offer you something extra as we like players from Casinomeister.

Many players do appreciate the personal phone calls. We try to take time and give a bit special attention to chosen players and sometime give them special offers but primarily we introduce ourselves to let them know our names and that we are here to help and which hours we can be reached and how.

We do give free chips to our regular players on regular basis, and to the new players we give free chips upfront with our welcome bonus (2 times the chips of your deposit, that is quite nice!). However, it is not economically possible to give free chips directly after giving free chips with the first deposit.

Thank you for your feedback, I will bring it up in our weekly meeting and we will digest it and try to improve our procedures and offers.

Kris told me the investigation concluded nothing of what I claimed. That is basically calling me a liar. Not as harsh but thats why I used the word basically.

He also stated "I again tried to call you". I told him to stop calling my cell phone because its being repaired at the kiosk and I work full time so if I had it, my boss wouldnt appreciate if she overheard me talking to a casino.

I made it crystal clear I didnt want my money back. In the end as horrific as the disconnections, increased bets (which your support admitted it saw) that randomly happened and being booted from the tables, I still continued to play. I could have stopped. So the money loss is on me (aside from the increased bets that happened).

The very last time I told him to stop making unannounced calls the tone changed. He responded with, in short "sorry our tech team didnt find anything"

I did not appreciate that. And I responded as such. Your manager replied and apologized for Kris offending me. And gave me $20 free chip for my troubles. I didnt respond. I played the free chip. Lost. And moved on.

However, since this thread is somewhat the same as my issues, I wanted to express that the person wasnt alone. I had the same issues.

They are basically saying hand over your money. I had funny chat at gowild long time ago where chat host kept telling are you sure you don't want 60% bonus. I said no thanks. She kept repeating it will keep you better chance of winning because you have more in my balance LOL. I would rather deposit £160 than depositing £100 and getting £60 bonus with 35x wager i think it was.

I tried this place a month back when they had minimum withdrawal amount of £100 (the highest I ever saw online), even though they allowed £20 deposits. I was forced to keep playing to try and reach this high amount and then a few days later, after it was lost, they changed it to £50 minimum withdrawal.

The site was slow and the support made me irate. They also would not allow you to make any new deposit unless your balance was below £3. It was setup just to trap players balances in limbo and they only changed it when there was pressure from another CM thread.

One of the worst experiences I ever had online. I would avoid them.

This is back to front, it's the welcome offers that attract the "bonus whores", and players taking reloads are more likely to be genuine players interested on continuing to play and perhaps becoming loyal. The first "loyal player reload" seems designed to scare them off. The "bonus whores" are long gone at this stage, only being interested in the one hit on the welcome bonus, and win or lose, they generally move on to the next casino.

Couldn't have said it better, and exactly why I closed my account after 4 or 5 deposits. Just no incentive what so ever to remain a loyal customer when compared to other casinos on the market. They are also the only casino I am a member of that has a rep on here that will refer you to CS for any inquiries.

Account will remain closed indefinitely, as they really don't offer anything that you can't already get elsewhere.

I agree 40x bonus would definitely be much better WR. Lets say I deposit 50 and take a 50% bonus with a 40x on the bonus I would only have to wager 1000 if it was 20x d+b I'd have to wager 1500. I would consider that too high an amount to wager in return for a 25 bonus.

It seems an odd system, but presumably it's down to it only being able to treat the balance as a whole as a "bonus", and set a total WR on it.

The new system proposed would mean that lower percentage offers become more attractive, and offers over 100% would become LESS attractive than at present.

Microgaming casinos usually use 30x bonus for slots, with other games weighted such that the WR on them is effectively increased. Even 40x does not compete with the standard Microgaming casino, however there are Microgaming casinos that use 40x bonus, even 50x bonus.

The general impression I get is that these multi provider platforms offer worse bonus terms than the single software casinos, all seem to be in excess of the 30x bonus WR seen at Microgaming, yet to the average player, they are all just slots, so it is hard to see why there is such a wide difference in WR.

To the player, seeing 30x bonus on one site and 40x bonus on another means that the site offering 30x bonus offers a better deal, and by a considerable margin, so the logical place to take a bonus and get a slots fix is the site offering 30x bonus.
