Worst Christmas calendars ever?

Are Netbet trustworthy these days? I see they are not Accredited and a search on them here brings a front page of nothing but negative stuff about withdrawal delays etc etc.

Several days ago i get some freespins from the christmas calender, and managed to win some money (Hello DoA :)).
After i cleared the wagger i withdrawed 200 euro. It took some time, but no problems. So atleast for me, Netbet is trustworthy.

I'm getting fed up with casinos offering 'free money' or 'free spins' which turn out to be deposit based promos.
What happened to advertizing standards and when did 'free' lose it's meaning?
In my country 'free' has to be of no cost.
I did quite some play recently and I have good reason to expect some 'free' stuff, which makes it even worse.

Rant over

26th Onwards matey

Just read the terms myself. You get nothing before that, no spins no bonus, so all your progress is from deposits and daily freebies. You also have to make sure you are in one of the countries this promo is for. And make sure you are not BB for any reason.

So basically this is something extra after Christmas if you like playing at Guts.
If you get super lucky or you are super rich you may get the car. But if you just get super lucky, I would suggest to just make a withdrawal and buy your own car! :)

mr green's sucks decorative balls... betsafe strange butmanaged to get 50 superspins the other day... come-on deposit 10 for 10 fs lol...

I got the super spins too but I wasn't informed. It was in my notifications.

Mr Green sent out an Advent calender in 2014 that had a chocolate and free spins for 25 days and I fondly remember it as i had a few nice wins Their calender sucks now

I'm doing the casino rewards snail mail one, which starts on the 19th Dec through to 15th Jan, it did require a deposit (with 150% bonus) to activate, but it has all kinds of NDB, free spins and other goodies included, by far the most impressive one I've come across.

Most other calenders require daily deposits, and would get obscenely expensive if you took offers every day.

I got that snail mail too and just threw it in the bin :eek2:. At the time I presumed there where going to be a lot of other calendar offers to tempt me depositing all month. Maybe I threw it away too hastily

I received a snail mail offer from them yesterday offering a "surprise" bonus. Has anyone taken the offer up? If so what % was the surprise offer please?

I play in all 3 casinos,Mrgeen, betsafe and Comeon

And what do you think of the 'gifts'?

In my experience the calendars were awesome if you deposited in the last 30 days or something.
Every day free spins or nice deposit bonus... now almost all calendars, if the casino's even have one..., suck.

what can be the reason for this ?Is the Casinobuissnes becoming less profiting?

We are led to believe that casinos are struggling financially and that they are doing us a massive favour by giving out Christmas incentives.

This is after most players have funded them over the previous 11 months, mostly by losing.

It's greed, nothing more. Rewarding customers is not a priority as most will just come back anyway.

"Congratulations, today's calendar reward is one spin on Starburst".
I get the impression that they wish to lose custom.

Yeah these sub-5 spin delights are insulting and counter-productive if anything. Casinos are really into these types of spin rewards at the minute.....maybe they think it's funny? Or do they honestly believe that they're benefitting us players?

Perhaps they just want to see how little they can give out as is humanly possible. Coming soon: the 1/2 spin freebies :eek2:

I honestly get the impression that they must have all met up at some convention, got drunk and decided to conduct some kind of marketing experiment relating to the effect the quantity of free spin/s has on drawing and retaining traffic and deposits. To the totally uninitiated 5 free spins could seem very generous where as those more used to 20 think that they are pulling their pud.

Just saying .....If you don't like their calender just ignore it and don't play there just to let them know.

Some casino's have had a good one this year and a very bad one this year .

Some never have had one and i am still playing there....

Just my thoughts.

Im a member of alot of casino and I havent seen a good damn thing. Every single offer is only trying to entice you to deposit for some horseshit prize.

As I said before. Christmas is a time where casinos drool and lick their lips. Its basically find a bunch of suckers and reel them in and line their pockets.

My favorite so far where ive deposited $10,000 in the last 2 months (I am a winner however) was Merry Christmas you have 50 free spins. I open up the game. 9 cent spins with 40x wagering and max win of $100. Insta refused and told my VIP rep to take a hike. Offer me that again and Im outta here. I risk tens of thousands of dollars and this is what you offer me? hhahahaha f off

answer:

Today's Christmas Gift: 10 Big Spins in Phoenix Sun

10 Big Spins in Phoenix Sun

Deposit £30

Its a bloody shame when you get charged for a gift, WHAT BLOODY GIFT

I am sorry to hear that,I hope You have more luck the next time with Dunder,

have a nice day further,greetings,:-)

Apologies if it's been said many times, many ways but I find an awful lot of the promos rely heavily on NetEnt slots.

32Red seems to have forgotten it's the holidays. There is a leaderboard. I'm a nearly every day player, and more than a tenner most days. The last two days have been 10% matches, I have taken 20% and 25% in past week, and the leaderboard has been running a bit. I'm not even on board for $10 bonus cash after many thousands of wagering, so this is not at all geared to low or mid rollers.

Videoslots at least doesn't exclude my country, but it's no easy feat for most of the special trophies, and I overslept my nap and was not able to get the necessary number of wins before running out of day. And if you miss a day, you don't even qualify for the draw.

I've completed the first couple of levels with Guts for a few free spins and a small cash bonus. No cashouts trying for them either.

Slotty Vegas sent me an email recently. The tourneys and races leave me out of things with NetEnt, but when I sent a reply saying they were rubbing salt in the wound about the loss of NetEnt, they did at least inform me that they would credit a bonus instead of NetEnt free spins on the deposit offer(s).

Made a deposit at Royal Panda tonight. Although there's a few NetEnt days, there are other offers on a daily basis, and I see all depositors will get some spins in their stockings for xmas. The CM raffles are a very nice promo, thank you Melvin.

I actually play fewer, not more casinos than I did a year ago. In my years here at CM, I don't think I've seen such a poor set of offerings in general.

Might be somewhat better for those still with NetEnt available to them.

The offers this year has really solidified my want to mainly stick to depositing in Videoslots,Panda and Rizk. The sparse rewards for the risk involved in depositing at most other casino's just solidifies my believe that profiteering is their only focus. Their marketing teams must be on great profit related bonuses.

100% fair enough

D+B - FUCK RIGHT OFF

I seen it all now 35x D@B that is up there with some of the worst terms I seen, They should be struck off, I do not mind a high wager on bonus, Extra play and all that but you need a 5 reel desire or instant wild line on DOA to even come close to making the wager.

Same thoughts Jono.. took a few seconds to notice the arrow harry kindly added as im not awake yet. Mouth actually dropped wide open when noticing d+b, cant think of a xmas offer that has done more than just make my eyes go like arnie's in total recall.
You'd think it might be a mistake, if not for the fact most of the past week or two they are advertise the same offers as all year round with a christmas bow attached to them.
Still, maybe they can redeem themselves and suprise people with 25p worth of spins on spinions.

Casino Pop Christmas Gift

Nice email from Casino Pop rep today gifting £100 CASH with no wagering requirements or £60 plus 50 Superspins (No WR also) on Gonzos quest. Considering its one of my lesser visited casinos it is a nice surprise and will certainly factor in when I feel like doing a random large deposit which I do from time to time (Casumo or Guts normally gets first digs at those).

I think I just found the worst Christmas offer of 2016. This is an EveryMatrix site called Caribic Casino and they call the offer fittingly and very creatively:

Caribic Christmas

20% Bonus up to €888 + 100 Free Spins on SoC
Minimum Deposit: €50
Wagering: 45x Deposit + Bonus + FS Winnings

Let's assume the FS give you €20:

Depo 100 + Bonus 20 + FS winnings 20 = €140 * 45 = €6,300

If i take just the bonus amount of total €40 that is: WR 157.5x B

Having a jolly laugh right?!

calendars

Well every years its going more down Auch!
Guts for example 2-3 years ago there christmas calendars where insane Every day 5 or 10 spins which was awesome!
Now u have to wager tons of money for a bit of bonus money,
But to tell u the calendar i love the most is from lapalingo.com there is almost only free stuff inside, 5-10 spins lot of times and also much times 2.50 or 5 euro bonus!
even got 2 cashouts maded from the calendar there, rest is really crappy again!

Agreed completely.

Almost all casinos this year on Xmas calendars just asking everyday for deposit. Just few casinos offering daily free spins and no deposit bonuses.

Christmas became completely money making scheme.

IMHO, if your casino can't handle so much expenses on Xmas calendar by giving free spins or bonus, just make it on singe day on 25th of December. At least it will be more honest Xmas gift from your casino, but not asking everyday for deposit to give some free spins with WR. And some casinos even call this Xmas GIFT!

Can you imagine when someone on Christmas will give you a gift, but before he/she gonna ask you firstly for 20-30 (GBP, EUR, USD)?

Most of the Christmas Calendars are an embarrassment to the casino.

I think, I've got more respect for the casinos who didn't bother to do anything.

It gets even worse mate.

I asked today one of the casinos where i was most active in 2016 for a Christmas freebie bonus (i do that every year with the top5 i play at) only to be told that "complimentary bonuses are reserved for our top active players only"

I spent some 30K this year there with net losses appr. 10K and that was apparently not enough for a small Christmas gift....... well, fair enough, I will reserve my deposits for the top casinos only..... and there will be not a single penny more going to them ever again!!!

I think I maybe able to make a very good guess where you are referring to mate (not asking you to name!)

If I'm correct there seems to be something not quite right in that they almost seem to have gone into hibernation. Disgusting way to treat a heavy depositor either way.

A cheeky $50 with 10-20X WR would have secured your business for a while longer IMO, cannot understand the thinking of late, no make that full stop!

As I mentioned in another thread a £50 voucher and maybe 20 ciggies (£10) would come at a tiny, if not totally unnoticed cost to any casino but would make me feel valued not to mention secure at least one £20 deposit a week for 2017 (£1040) - Excellent business sense is it not.

Did I just use the word 'sense' then :what: :p

Exactly my thinking mate.... if 30K/year is not enough for a few bucks what the hell do casinos need nowadays. They got an average 600/week in deposits from me, how much more should it be FFS? Do they expect that we have endless funds to throw at them? A few years ago they would kiss my butt for 30K/year, now with the "established in the market" syndrome in full swing they basically tell me to get lost....

Well, no problem, i took off already.

And the amount / year shouldn't really be the issue. It is Christmas and if they got weekly a deposit from you the size should not matter, there should be some room for a small freebie no matter if you deposit on average 20, 200 or 2,000/week.

what on earth is going on at 32red,

10%, 20% 10% I dont think I have seen it so bad

I mean we have better bonuses on ordinary weeks

Came here to post this. I can't believe how bad they've been lately. It feels like every day is 20% or worse. You'd think they would throw in a couple of extra 50-100% days over the holiday period. :-/

call me cynical but they are probably waiting until Friday to offer theses bonuses when they know people cant withdraw the money out until the earliest next Wednesday because of the bank holidays, probably resulting in a number of reversals!
