I won $7750.00 on there slot machine Friday night. My account has shown the withdrawal being work in progress since Monday today is Wednesday. I got told Tuesday that the funds were cleared back to my card Monday, how ever when I spoke to a CS Live chat tonight she said that the withdrawal is between them and my bank and she cnat understand whats holding my withdrawal up as all my id was supplied months ago. I was very confused after being told one thing then another thing.

tho I believe people still receive there funds in there bank even with the status showing work in progress

Yes you are correct in saying this. It happens with Microgaming if you look at the history. A withdrawal could have been processed and still show Work in progress.

Indeed, some Viper casinos do this - you often find when you log in and it says 'processed' it will be at the same time you notice the funds back on your card/bank account. I see the OP's point; usually it says 'processed' then a day or two later you get the funds, but sometimes the 'processed' appears when you already been paid. I remember one of the VPL casinos doing this, and me contacting CS to ask why. Don't worry GC are kosher.

I know GC will pay out they have been good in the past with withdrawals I have made just confused bein told two different things from CS.

If the withdrawal was put back to your credit card, it is normal to take 48 or more hours to appear in your bank account. I believe that you don't have to worry, you'll get paid.
 
I know GC will pay out they have been good in the past with withdrawals I have made just confused bein told two different things from CS.

Yes, read the T&C's and you'll find there is no limit breached by your 7.5k that would split the w/d. Secondly, on Monday it said 'WiP'. That means you've passed the pending period. I say check your available credit on your card sometime tomorrow AM and you'll see it there - DEFINITELY by Thursday AM.

Don't worry about what CS said. You're a verified existing player and this 7.5k will not be subject to extra delaying scrutiny. There is a bloke on here who deals with GC casino, a rep called Corbus who pops in once or twice a year. If you ain't got it by Thursdays banking update, contact him. I don't think you'll need to though. BTW I used to play at GC.

Thanks Mate, spoke to GC CS Live Chat this morn he confirmed that the funds were cleared and sent back to my card on Monday. so should be anytime soon.

You have been told it will take up to 7 days. It is now 2 days....just wait for pete's sake.

"Work in progress" means the withdrawal is no longer reversible...nothing else.

Remember that once the casino releases the payment, it has to be sent to their card processor (could take 24-48 hrs), who THEN sends it to your bank (takes 2-5 days depending on card and bank).

Normally, withdrawals cannot be sent to Australian cards, so I assume you must have deposited more than $7750.00 in your time with the casino. So, it would come through as a credit card refund which means it takes 2-5 banking days.

Just sit tight, and NEVER buy stuff etc until you have the cash in your hand.
 
What they are saying may seem confusing to new players who haven't experienced many withdrawals. Gaming Club is part of Bellerock and is an accredited casino meaning they will pay you in a timely manner. That said, this group recently has a habit of phoning players sometimes at unsocial hours. Don't worry, you will get paid but just make sure you don't reverse and play back your dough. Neither should you deposit till you have gotten your money.

I've had payments back to my credit card vary from 2 days after the casino paid it, to 8 once, but I think there was a long weekend that time. This is the same casino and the same card.

Nice professional chat from the rep, well done Keep in mind your day and the casino's day may not correspond, as you are in different time zones.
 
just an update just went from work in progress to completed. so should have funds any day now back to my card

You've done the hard bit and waited out the reversal period. You've seen it say 'processed'. That simply means that the casino (when it was work-in-progress) had cleared the w/d for payment and sent it to the processors. When the processor has reported back to the casino that it has sent the funds that banking day to your card/account then the payment as far as the casino is 'processed' You are OK!!!

Nifty gave you the timescale which the casinos do which incudes leeway for weekends/public holidays and carrier pigeons being shot down etc. In practice (and I wouldn't get your hopes up unless I knew this from experience) you will get your money nearer the lower end of the timescale. If it says processed now, I'd say tomorrow or Friday latest. Keep us informed.
