WMS Slots... Tight?

I can only assume that people prefer the Bruce Lee theme, I've tried the clone and don't like it aesthetically.

I like Bruce because I can talk to him, 'Come on Bruce you stingy fucker, pay something out' - that sort of thing.

It doesn't work so well if you're just talking to a parrot, since the parrot won't have a clue what you're going on about.

Blummin' heck Simmo, LOW/MEDIUM variance, really?

Hmm...absolutely no! LOL. Must be a mistake in the database - thanks for pointing that out.

You could literally lose tens of thousands of pounds playing Bruce Lee at £12 per spin and not see the 20 free spins round come in, how long were you playing for at those spins to get it?

Not long. I'd won a bit on WoZ Ruby Slippers (3 wild reels + 5x multiplier) and got the balance up, then a downward spiral started and I was getting bored so I just upped the bet literally about 15-20 spins before that happened. I was basically taking the bankroll down to a grand to cash out when it hit. I'd never seen the 20 spins before either...took 11 minutes to play LOL. (the video is edited down) and every spin bar one was a Big Win or better :)

Heh, it was an excellent hit for sure, I remember seeing it come up in the win feed in live chat, myself and hinchy and a few of the Jackpotty crowd were online at the time :)

This is why I like WMS slots so much, they're just so exquisitely designed, with the 20 free spins rounds on Bruce for example, you can basically just sit back and enjoy ten minutes of big wins as a 1000x stake overall win or better takes shape. (And I reckon 1000x stake is the starting point for that bonus round, even with the crappy symbols.)

Going back to other softwares after WMS feels very 'flat' somehow, even when they do hit big they just don't, for me at least, have the same excitement factor.

I tried to Google, Jackpot Party is not available to Dutch players. Are the WMS slots available to Dutchies?

i just low roll it yes they are high variance so they can give a good hit even on a low roll

i lost my first 100 on zeuc without even seeing the feature and betting .60

then chops advised me about the nature of the slots and from my next 100 i withdraw 300

then the nordic saga happened...:)

To me land based slots have always been far ahead of what we can (could) find online. Now it looks like many European players discover them with JPP and the other online casinos that offer Aristocrat, WMS (Etc). Is there any land based casino on the IOM? Were these slots not available in the UK before they started offering them online?

You can play them Nifty
They can be found in the games section at NordicBet.

I have been playing them since i noticed them last week and i really like them, but i do agree they are rather tight.

WOW.

I thought they were unavailable to Aussie players as a WMS company policy...??. Hmmmm...

As far as i know, despite the fact that you can apparantly still play them Rusty, i think it is not allowed, so be carefull (might wanna check again with Robin)
@ Mouche, yes we can play them at Nordic (sorry Nifty, Roo and alla yous downunder)

I actually contacted the live support for a direct answer to this question... Would seem residents from Australia can play :)

Good news, that must be a recent change then, and i'm surprised that wasn't announced here:)
Well in that case GL to you Aussies!

I told most Aussies I seen playing these slots to be careful, I asked support myself at several places. Some say there is not a problem with Aussies playing them and others say there is a problem and not to play them. I have been trying them myself (when I say try I have spent a small fortune at Nordicbet playing them) but I am not confident we are allowed to actually play them.

WMS (William Interactive) was sold off as far I'am aware a little while ago (hence you see the slots showing up everywhere and not just exclusively at Jackpot Party) The thing is WMS did have a bit of a stake in Aussie land based slots and have a head office here and they just cannot provide Aussies with online slots/pokies for the same reasons Aristocrat cannot. So either the new owners have no claims in Australia or the message just has not flown down the line to certain operators.

I have sent off quite a few emails recently trying to find out exactly what there stance is now. We could find ourselves I.P blocked again very shortly.

We do have a pretty good casino here but I last went, oohh, six or seven years ago at a guess - and at the time they were only just evolving into video slots from the old reel based slots, and they were crappy video slots too, really boring.

I suppose I could go and have another look but TBH I've never much bothered with land-based casinos, I'd rather be sat comfortably at home :D

Hi all,

Australians are unfortunately not allowed to play according to WMS rules. So if you can still play them anywhere right now, this will surely change in the very near future.

Dave

And what about players from the Netherlands? Thanks in advance for your reply.

Thanks for the clarification Dave as disappointing as it is I thought it maybe the case but was not 100% sure as I was being told differently. This means that Nordicbet should not have accepted our bets in the first place and told us via live chat that we were a ok to play them.

Also what happened to the whole WMS I.P blocking of the slots in the first place, we could not even load them in fun mode in the past. Now I have had a taste it will be disappointing not to load them up again and puts other software providers in a different kind of light.

I agree. Both Betsafe and Nordicbet have told me they were ok to play.

IGT and Aristocrat are blocked from Australia we can't even play them on fun mode. I was having fun playing the WMS games as well :(

The other little peeve I have after doing some research and writing a heap of reviews is the fact that WMS can license their games to all these Facebook apps (Jackpot Party and Lucky Cruise etc) that allow Aussies and anyone else to play (albeit its fun mod essentially) but you can still spend a fortune buying "fake" chips to play in fun mode.

Yeah that's wrong... The fact that Australians can't play these games for fun on casinos but waste their money buying "fake" chips. I'm not to impressed. So they could let Aussies play at casinos on fun mode but instead decide to charge them to play without any chance of winning.

Still being told I can play them, so while I can I shall  They are fun and something different and its keeping me busy and pre occupied.
