Tried at Casumo and Leo where I had positive balances
down at both and ended up being impatient and playing 'none WMS' deader than dead slots.
Needless to say those positive balances are long gone.
Patience ain't one of my stronger points but still pissed off as the WMS slots have been erratic and laggy for a couple of days now

WMS are nothing less than a joke. They have some good games, but their games are so unstable its a joke. I guess they have the same business ethics as the rogue casinos; "As long as we get our money, who cares about the players". And most of the casinos seem to think its OK to provide their games as long as they can blame the provider.

I opened the rapist up on SkyVegas and it had 'unspecified error'. I went on live chat, all the usual dog-shite about 'clear your cache' and 'what browser are you using' and was told 'OK our end' (BS)
I logged in half hour later and ALL WMS games are no longer visible on SV as if they have removed them. Netbent, Inevitable Great Tedium and Novo all OK.
WTF??

I opened Rhino 5 min. ago on Casumo and got this.

I think i may be partly responsible for these being down, I was playing Kronos yesterday and it froze up upon a bonus trigger, they fixed the problem after some time, returned my money and the WMS slots were then taken offline.
But I have been done out of my bonus round and had my 20c returned.
Funnily enough now when i reopen the game it claims i have an unfinished game and triggers the scatters again, and then promptly freezes up again, it has no spin ID displayed though and its not in my game logs either but i know the ID, as I noted it down before hand and the live chat confirmed he can see the spin in his log.
Anyhow its being looked into so im told, although im expecting the canned response "malfunction voids all pays"

Hi.
I had the same problem and waited for the casino to fix it, never happend, waited for 2 days!!!!
Anyway, Im playing on an Android tablet and Crome as browser......I then downloadet another browser called Dolphin and installed flasplayer also and when I opend the game it finished the free spins round.
If the casino had fixed it the bonusround would be gone, and who knows what the free spins outcome would have been???

Ill have to try on my laptop or another browser later then, I assumed the spin was lost as the id is gone and the stake has been returned, as its only a 20c bonus, chances are it paid sod all anyway, but imagine having this happen on a $200 spin, most annoyng thing to me is that I cannot play Kronos any more due to this "unfinished" game.

When I had the problem I could not play any other Wms games at all...its so frustrating when things like this happens.
Worth a try with another browser I think.

My problem was about a week ago.....nothing to do with todays server break down....so it might be resolved later when its up running again.
I like the Wms games more than Netent...

well ive tried another browser and another computer both show the same problem, also discovered i cannot play ANY other game now as they all divert to the unfinished game on Kronos... the games appear to be working on skyvegas, well they load up but dont have any credits to make a test spin.

Got it workng on my android phone but its too slow to run the game crashing after two free spins, tried on a hudl and it worked, played the free spins won $10.35 and at the end i get the message: Error, game session does not exist, and winnings not paid.

Nope the stuck game is still there on flash, download and android clients, it seems they deleted the spin but its somehow got stuck in my session.
