Question WMS pulled from Vera&John?

Hey all,

Can someone check if they still can see WMS games on V&J?
After logging in today all the WMS games seem to been removed.
Also they have been eradicated from my player history.

On chat I was told the games should still be available but I cannot see them,either logged in or not.

I had to re-accept new t&c's so they must have made some changes.

The friendly chat lady advised me to send an e-mail to their support team so I have done that.

Hope it is just an error as I like to play at V&J.

They are there for me.

I think the updates of the rules everywhere have to do with that new ukgc rule about RG settings and autoplay.

Don't have an answer but nice to see 'friendly chat lady' vs CS getting slagged all the time.
This came to mind. Don't know why. I think I need more sleep lol.

I asked her if it had to do with my country of residence but that was not the problem.

This also happens at Sky Vegas if the WMS games are having server issues etc., The thumbnails and games all disappear until the issues are resolved. It must be the way WMS integrate their games into sites.

Yer might be the case mate.

Anyway the case has been resolved and I can play WMS again at V&J.
They even gave me a free tenner for the trouble.
