My husband has several casinos registered under his name and I have several under my name. We play at none at which we both have accounts. The only Neteller account is under my name and we fund both his and my play from that account. If my husband requests a withdrawal which will naturally be processed to my Neteller account, is that going to cause a problem with the casino since the email address in Neteller is mine and the email address for the casino in which he is requesting the withdrawal uses his email address? I am in the process of registering a Neteller account for him, but he is out of town and cannot complete the registration until he gets home.

I guess I'm skeptical due to the email problem however hubby has a withdrawal he wants to make but he doesn't want to risk losing the winnings due the email addresses being different. We certainly aren't trying to defraud anyone, we don't even claim bonuses, we just fund from one account. Any suggestions?

I don't know for sure but be safe. Take no chances. Open 2 Neteller accounts under two different names and two different e-mail addresses. Even if hubby has to open a new joint-checking account to fund it. I think what you suggest may very well cause problems.

Even if this withdrawal works with no problem, in the long run you will be better off with separate Neteller accounts. You will have no problem from Neteller logging in to two different Neteller acounts from the same IP address.

It still makes me a little nervous because different casinos share the same e-cash processors. I don't know for sure but the e-cash processors might not like 2 different names at the same address, even if they are at different casinos. Heck, I get nervous even when I let my wife click for me because it's probably technically illegal at alot of places. But I figured that's safer than "his" and "hers" casinos, even if they are different, on the same computer.

Going forward, for every casino, you may want to consider the same name, same pyhsical address and same e-mail address all on one computer with one Neteller account and just share the clicking.

And welcome to the forum. It also may be wise to be transparent with this with any casinos with which you are a member. Be upfront with your situation, and they should have no problems with this whatsoever.

I can only see problems for you and reversal of withdrawals, maybe even your winnings being voided. I know people who had nightmare problems just by having two email addresses and forgetting to use the same email they had registered with Neteller as the one used to register at the casino. I also know someone who had winnings voided, and deposit returned because they had an account at a casino and their wife had one registered to the same address. They had different names (obviously), separate email addresses, and separate Neteller accounts linked to their own bank accounts, their only crime was having two accounts for the same household which was clearly forbidden in the rules and regulations which should have been read before signing up to play. I guess it all depends on which casino you played at, casinos are very nervous when it comes to things like this and are always worrying about being defrauded and losing money. Just look at the confusing terms and conditions attached to bonuses that might as well be written in Japanese, this is the reason I never claim bonuses. I am not trying to scare you or anything, I would just do what the Casinomeister said and tell them in an email before even attempting the withdrawal what you did, and explain to them that you do not play much and were not aware of all the rules of online gaming. Then if they conform that it is OK, make your withdrawal.
