Withdrawal Payment!

Hello...Casino in question is Jackpot City? I'm trying to see what I could do, to receive my withdrawal from this Casino. I've been waiting for over 2 weeks now. When I get a hold of the Casino they tell me the same thing. "The withdrawal is in the process stages and is currently with the operations department". They've been telling me the same thing for 2 weeks. I just finished chatting with Jackpot City and now they say it's in the payments department although not yet released.I recently looked online and seen that this Casino is one of the Casino's that is blacklisted for treating the users unfairly.Wish I seen that earlier, before I opened up an account. So I'm not sure if I'll see my withdrawal soon or anytime for that matter. Is it the norm to wait this long for a withdrawal from this Casino site? Also looking to see what online casinos are best out there? Payouts, faster withdrawals into your bank account( not having to wait for along time), etc...Thanks and God bless!

Is this the Jackpot City that used to be available to us in the UK as a Microgaming Download Viper casino?? If so, they changed to 10 working days pending even before they withdrew from the UK when they would have needed licensing here.

There were numerous moans on here at the time when this was noticed, I think Fortune Lounge did the same.

I’ve been waiting since last Wednesday for my withdrAwal after sending my documents. Last minute they wanted a letter from my bank of ownership so I sent a void check yesterday, hoping after their minimum 48 hour review goes through my funds will be sent out. First time withdrawaling with them just hope I get my money.
