Withdrawal new address

Hello!
I was playing on incognito casino and suddenly won around 4000 euro and this is the same day I registered the account. Before I made my withdrawal I checked what address I had put in and it was my old one. So I went through with kyc verification and I got accepted on everything expect the proof of address.

I reached out to live chat and explained that it did not work and my old address was put in. I am now waiting for them to reach out to me on mail and I’m very stressed that my account will be locked because of this. Have I messed this up?

I can't answer your question but what I would say is this seems a genuine error of which they hopefully will see sense about. Fingers crossed for you mate

Oh okay I don’t have duplicate accounts, it’s just the address and I have lived on the old one and I live on the new one. I can prove it.

Update: I talked to the casino and I registered my account on the 10th of June this year, I was actually living in my old address at that time. However when I was playing yesterday I initiated a payout request, and then I saw that they had my old address. I talked to customer support and informed them that they had my old address, then I went in and changed my address to the current one I have now. Have I breached any rules here? I don’t see any problems with this since I updated my address after winning.

Why did you put your old address in? Don’t know many people who forget where they live.

To echo what @snorky510238 said, that's three versions of events in four posts. Perhaps take a minute before you post because a changing story is usually a pretty major red flag that something isn't right...

If you can prove you lived at the old and new address at the times stated, then I expect they will pay you out in due course - but it'll take some time (days, possibly weeks) given it's a manual review process and will require more documentation than usual.

If you can't prove that (e.g. your opening version), then you are at risk of losing the funds because you registered with an address that isn't currently yours. At that point it'll probably be down to the goodwill of the casino (as it's likely their T&Cs cover submitting accurate information) - but they also have to tread carefully because there is a lot of fraud about.
