Hey friends,

I've got some good news for ya. (Couldn't find an old thread to put this is so have created a new one)

We've raised our weekly withdrawal limits from $2000 to $4000, so that's doubled  !!!

We will also be offering higher limits for VIPs depending on the VIP level.

We listen and care, and are very happy to be able to offer this to all of our players now!! :notworthy

Thanks,

Louise

ref withdraw

Hi Louise not slamming you or your casino but why have withdraw limits ? When I gamble I wanna win big and when I win and I dont want to have a cap on my withdraws. Already the past week im above your weekly withdraw on the 2 Casinos I play at. Pls dont take offence to my post. Thanks.

Agreed. I tend to avoid any casino which has a withdrawal limit in place, regardless of the support provided. When I win, other than the initial security checks expected with the first withdrawal, I expect my winninngs to be paid in full in a timely fashion.

Not knocking your casino, just would like you to explain why you have to impose withdrawal limits in the first place.

Yup seems like a no brainer to me. You take the risk, win or loose and when you win you want your money in full asap. Why should the casino be allowed to keep payouts over a number of weeks or possibly months if you hit a big one.

What casino do you play at that has no limits? I know every casino that I play at has limits. ALL of them.

.

I don't think MG casinos do, i may be wrong though...
And I just checked iNet and the limit on overnight express is $999,999.00. Does it count?

I agree with the concensus that I would never play a casino with low withdrawal limits, however I had an interesting conversation with a respectable RTG last year about this.

The key with them was protection from new and potentially fraudulent players. On one occassion they got hit by a ring of bonus players - now I can't remember the exact sequence of events, but the upshot was that by placing a cap they could at least protect themselves to an extent. However, they were appreciative that regular players and potential high rollers could still have a problem with this, so they dropped the limits for players that had made 3 (I think) deposits or more and had been a member of the casino for over 2 months.

Seemed like a reasonable solution, although it was accepted that some players would still be put off. The key, as always, is communication.

MG's in general don't have cashout limits but I remember exceptions - for example, Casino Rewards have a $4k a week one in place, although they may make exceptions to VIP's too - not sure 'cos the 48hr reverse time put me off ever playing there

Every MG casino I have played in has never had a withdraw limit. And they are others I have played in also with no withdraw limit. Its one of the qs I always as CS before I join a casino.

Think about it a Casino can have a number of Jackpots what the hell is the point of even trying to win one if you know your payment is going to be rolled over months. It might not bother some but for me its a no go.

And if I walk into a Land based Casino and win big, they are not gonna say oh come back every week as we split up your winnings. But I suppose its a minor issue that does not bother me, I just choose not to put my money into a place that has a limit on what can be withdrawn. Very bad practice in my "own" view.

I aint got a problem I suppose with the 1st withdraw being a while longer while they get documents in. But after that ... no excuse. And as for reverse times while we here thats why I dropped redflush they refused to budge on not flusing even though its only 12 hours. But they still lost my bling bling.

(I recommend updating the thread title to mention the specific casino group that is doubling the limits)

Louise, bigger (or nonexistant) limits are good news.

I have another idea I recommend taking back to the bigwigs in management:

I've noticed that with Rushmore, the bonus amount is typically deducted from the net cashout amount, even if there are remaining chips in the account.

Hypothetical. You've got a very high roller who deposits $8000, and gets a $4000 bonus. Most Rushmore bonuses are "sticky" and removed on withdrawal. Mr. Whale plays for a while, breaks even, then requests a $4000 withdrawal. The $4000 of the bonus would then be deleted from the cashout, leaving him with a withdrawal of zero, and $8000 left in his account.

I recommend, if there is a balance left in the account, that the bonus be deleted from remaining account chips. That way a withdrawl of the full max ($4k) is possible that week. That's what I'm more accustomed to other RTG casinos doing.

What casino do you play at that has no limits? I know every casino that I play at has limits. ALL of them.

.

You need to look around.

here are four off the top of my head:

Ladbrokes
32Red
InterCasino
Roxy Casino

Simmo completely agree with you on the 48hr reverse withdrawal. Casinos should allow you to flush your winnings at your request. When I had a big win at Roxy a few months back, I had to stay away from the office and an internet connection for two days to ensure I wasn't tempted to play any of it back.

Hey all

I agree with what has been said. I did not realise that it would be so restrictive withdrawing winnings and it really is unfair when you think about how readily our deposits are taken.

I had a good win at Simon Says and found out about the limits. 2K per day and 4k per week in 1K increments. To make it worse it took over 2 weeks for me to start getting my money. Long story, I finally have it and although the Live chat staff were polite at all times it did take 4 chats, 2 telephone calls and the Rep on here Kendra to get it sorted.(Thanks Kendra!)

On a more positive note, 5K sterling in the past couple of weeks at Victor Chandler, who as far as I can see have no limits. The way it should be. Funds were back in my bank account on both occasions in 2 days.

Slotto Cash at the weekend paid into my Moneybookers in less than 2 days, which was impressive. Especially as it was my first withdrawal there.

I won another 2k yesterday at Cherry Red and I am just waiting to see how fast they pay but I stopped playing when I noticed they have limits too.

I like the fact that at Cherry Red there does not seem to be the stupid "reversal" option. This and the withdrawal limits are nothing more than a way to entice you to blow what you have won.

Cheers

J

I am totally confused now

I do agree to the concept of withdrawal limit but it's got to be high and also meet some criteria like - higher than 3 times player deposit.
Anyway, I am still waiting for Cherry to relieve the 6 weeks lockdown! so how come Louise you are bothered with WD limit if its not relevant at all at this time?

If a casino has a withdrawal limit I won't play there period. When I win I want to be able to cash out every penny. The casino takes my money when I deposit there, so only fair they should give me my money back as and when I want it.

And as for reverse times while we here thats why I dropped redflush they refused to budge on not flusing even though its only 12 hours. But they still lost my bling bling.

The best MG's for this are Ladbrokes where reverse is optional (xfer to SB then withdraw to avoid) and 32Red/Dash who will reduce to 1hr on request (default 4hrs). Belle Rock & Fortune flush on request, although BR are slooow unless you Live Chat. I would've included Grand Prive who reduced it to 6hrs last year, but we all know where they've headed.

The worst MGS for reverse times are Roxy & Rewards who have 48hrs (72hrs at weekends) and won't flush. Shame 'cos Roxy is a great casino in all other respects and by far and away the best for loyalty bonuses as a VIP in my experience. Most of the "bookies" have no reverse or the optional SB transfer, apart from Littlewoods (OK, not strictly a bookie) who have the crappy 48hr jobby on the 888 software. Like you, I don't stay at a casino that has a reverse period, unless they flush promptly. All Wagerworks are instant too, with Blue Sq being really "instant" to Neteller.

"Reverse Withdrawal" is a key trigger for problem gambling and IMO it's irresponsible if a casino won't reduce it, or at least flush quickly, on request.

Sorry - bit of a /derail post there, but it is my pet topic ;)

Sorry I couldn't please everyone with this news!

I hope this is at least a step in the right direction by doubling the weekly limit we previously had in place. Also, as I mentioned, there are cases where limits can be raised in the example of VIP players etc.

We're still listening to all of your comments as this is how we learn and grow, as of course we want that all of our players are happy!

Thanks,

It also should be noted that most of the posters who have a problem with limited withdrawals are from the U.K or EU.Their options are endless for Casinos to play at, where us Americans are thrilled to play at your casino's Louise, 4000.00 max payout or not, at least we will get paid.

Mercy and Louise, please don't take this personally, but why should you settle for less when you guys deserve more??

It's called the UIGEA.That's why we settle for less, but I also think that Rushmore,Slots Oasis and Cherry Red are first class operations, and I would play there even if I could play at all of the casino's available without restrictions.

After all, customer service counts as well, and Louise does it better than most.

I should only be so lucky!! Now, I am pretty much a low roller, but even if I hit a large RJ, it would be paid in the matter of a few weeks.

I do hope that the casino can flush your account so that RVS (Reverse Withdrawal Syndrome) does not strike while you are awaiting full payout, and that you can make new deposits if you so desire.

Thanks for sharing that Mercy. I'm from the US to and downloaded a casino from here and didn't get my bonus but it would have only been 20.00 so I'm not upset. I've been gambling online for over 15 years and to hardly have any casinos to play at was getting crazy.

I have an account with rushmore so I think that I'll reinstall them and give them a whirl.:)
