I'm going through my phase of trying out a few new online casino's, last week it was Unibet, after the initial problems with the bonus, I had a great time there, didnt end up winning, but felt like the 96% WMS slots gave an excellent game and it did take me several hours to lose my bankroll.

Now, having a look through the lists here at CM I noticed and had heard of a casino called Mr Green, an excellent selection of games, mainly NetEnt and IGT. Their website looks and is real nice to use, they have spent a great deal of time and effort on making it that way!

I decided on going for a very fair £200 100% WB, with a 35 x BWR. They have the added good point that you can withdraw from the bonus at any point, as long as you are still in credit and have not dipped into the bonus funds (very reasonable). After a days play I was pretty much level pegging, but today I have hit some nice x100, x 200 wins, bringing my bankroll to a £573. I head over to support to verify that I can indeed forfeit the WB and make a withdrawal, I was 14% through wagering so felt that It would have taken me months to meet this lol.

The Chat Support person told me that I could make a withdrawal of £373, Im happy with that, so head over to to the withdrawal section. Try to withdraw using debit card, the method I had used, but its all blank. I head back over to support who inform me that there is "technical problems", I ask how long this will take to be fixed and they told me "not sure", I then asked how long the problem had been happening for and they replied by saying "a while" lol.

Theres an option to bank out using a bank transfer, but theres all kinds of things there like IBAN, its all a bit confusing, has anyone ever using this method to withdraw? Is it secure? Currently I am thinking of waiting until these "technicial problems" are sorted, maybe I am I being silly or unreasonable?

Any advice on the matter?

:)

Not sure what you mean by secure? it's just a standard bank transfer. Your iban number is on your bank statements as you live in the UK should take about a week to hit your bank.

Exactly. IBAN stands for international bank account number. You should allso but in BIC (stands for bank identifier code, you can get that one from your bank allso :).

If fore some odd reason you dont have have IBAN code but only national bank code. You could google something like "Iban calculator".

Not for the first time, we had our ex-poster Chuzzleaddict moaning about Mr.Green recently. Anyway, I would be worried because we have a thread on here started by KINGLEE who has cited big problems after Betsafe had 'technical problems' with their banking. Sounds familiar.

I really hope this isn't the latest line in rogue behaviour whereby casinos run in to 'technical issues' when players withdraw. Excuse my cynicism but there seems to 'be a lot of it about' recently.

Imagine if 32red just turned round and said, sorry you cant withdraw back to the original source, sorry its er broken. lol, going to go ahead and try the bank transfer.

There have been quite a few negative reports about Mr Green here at CM over the last few months rob (as dunover has alluded to), they're one of the accredited casinos I simply won't bother with, even though they do have a pretty good SUB.

As for your withdrawal though, do you not have a Neteller account? That really is the way to do things TBH, and gives them less excuses to mess you about.

But my honest advice would be to get yourself a known 'good' casino for each of the softwares you wish to play, and never go anywhere else - and save yourself this kind of hassle :)

yes your right, Its my birthday today, got a free play off good old Jackpotparty, cashing out £90 as we speak. Its nice when things go right, im due a massive pasting though soon. Chops can you do me a favor? log in to your fruitchat account, sent you a PM a wee while back, been in a rather sticky situation recently if you have some time for a chat, would be cool.

Just managed to do the transfer, on the chat, they promised me 20 free spins, but telling me im not allowed that now lol hehe

You have already gotten it easy...

This is my current story with MrGreen. Decided to make a deposit there since it is Accredited.

Registered myself with total ease and no hassle at all. After that, I looked at the deposit method and found out that I could use PaySafeCard which is something I like coz I could get EUR10 for USD10 only. So I made a deposit of EUR150 with it and played on. I've finally managed to get my balance up till about EUR400 and I thought it was time to withdraw my money.

When I clicked on the withdrawal button, there's only 1 option available which is Bank Transfer.

Since I am not from/in EU or UK, I don't have like you guys have IBAN or BIC.

After it loaded up, the only 2 fields able to enter is:
1. IBAN
2. SWIFTCODE

I ended up contacting Customer Service to help and they tried to go ask their Payment Team about it. After asking, they told me that I need to have either a Neteller or MoneyBookers account. Since I had a problem with Neteller a long long time ago, they are not allowing me to open another account and as for MoneyBookers, it does not allow any Casino related transactions. So again we are back to the same place we began with, which is still a No Solution situation. About 2 minutes after the chat and them saying that they will look into this problem for me, I found out that they have locked my account up pending investigation.

So now, just because they will not Wire the money to me, my account is locked and I can't do anything anymore.

This is my withdrawal story which I do feel is even worse than what is faced by anyone else. UNFAIR is my only say on this. I totally DO NOT recommend MrGreen to anyone at all. Plus, I have really no idea why they are on the accredited list. Can someone explain to me how they manage to get there with this kind of treatment to their customers?
