Suggestions? Withdrawal from MrGreen

Hi all, new to this forum I just have a quick question. I recently won about 32k on mr green, and I withdrew the money on August 31st, last Monday. Was told it would be released this Monday and hasn’t. The expected time is 5-8 days and I am now on the 8th day. Any advice for if the withdrawal is not approved today
