Withdrawal Delays at Thrills

Hi All

Just a quick notice to make everyone aware that withdrawals at Thrills are subject to delays.

I have had one sat in pending for two days and having contacting them been told most of their payments department are off sick so there are delays and no timeframe.

They will leave your withdrawal reversible, there is not a chance I will reverse.

Just a heads up.

All business should ensure that relevant cover is available when staff are sick, casinos are no different, I mean you have people on live chat cant they do the withdrawals, I know they can at GUTS.

This is terrible behaviour for any casino

:)

One time there was hole finnish cs sick 3 months.

2 Times in last chat in" betit group casinos" they have forwarded my reguest to relevant department. Never get respond.

One guestion has waited 8 months now, 8 Time forwarded to relevant department.. :)

GiG has big job to do. If they would get them act like Guts, Rizk and Betspin.

i just literally checked guts licensing page at GC and superlenny is under guts white label license as well now

I'm shocked that we didn't know that thrills and superlenny parted ways or what

WTF, staff are off sick so they can't send your money. Bet they accept deposits quick enough though.

Another casino on my 'don't deposit at' list

Sometimes it's not the staff being sick but it's really tough finding the right people to hire.
Many casinos in Malta are screaming for cs, and other people with the right knowledge, and they start, learn and leave again for different reasons.

No Finnish cs was sick for three months miksaxxx, but there aren't enough Finnish people down there I guess :)
Take a look at some Facebook pages about iGaming jobs and you'll see how it looks. It's not always that easy for the companies either.

@asadzareef
Both Thrills and of course Super Lenny was bought by the folks behind Guts a while ago. They still have their own license though so I think it's just a part of SuperLenny that's licensed with Guts.

I appreciate that it may be really tough to find qualified and capable staff but this can never be an excuse for a casino to delay payments because there is insufficient staff at one point (due to sickness or whatever reason). It's their responsibility to cater to players in the best possible way and delays in payment (whilst withdrawals continue to be reversible) are of course unacceptable. Players cannot be expected to accept that they should (partly) carry the burden of the casino in this respect.

Yes I know that you and many others are thinking that way, but no matter how much we all want everything to work perfectly all the time, it doesn't.
We can just choose how we react. If we do it with anger then that's how we feel. If we try to see it from their perspective then it's maybe easier to try and stay calm.
If we're scared of reversing then close the account a day or two and play elsewhere until the money is in. These things are happening in all areas. You and I are not perfect all the time either.

I am sure the rep, the management and others who could take over to cover staff sickness are available though. I had shops for many years and can tell you exactly how many times I had so many staff off sick that I couldn't run the business properly without customers noticing in any way, zero. They may have thought, the checkout girl seems to have changed today, seeing me in a suit working the tills or something, but they got served, got their change and went away happy.
If there was ever a point when I had no change (which there wasn't as I managed the business properly) then there would have been a sign on the door saying 'cards only today'. I looked in here earlier, clicked deposit, nowhere did I see a notice telling me I might have to wait days, weeks or months to get my money if I win, as we obviously don't know whats wrong with the staff, they could be off months for all we know.

Looking at it from their perspective means quickly getting a warning up on site in clear view for people to see, and realizing they need more staff as quickly as possible. They won't put a notice up as it will likely cost them income, however when it might cost the customers any hassle then its 'tough'.

If any company delivers poor service or products - for instance, I had quite a few issues with the Film on Demand and Film1 products of Ziggo here in the Netherlands - customers can file a complaint and claim damages for inconveniences caused. I received EUR 50 compensation after my complaint was handled.

After all, we pay good money for the casino's products & service and if delays in payment occur we may chose to be understanding (let's be Zen about it :)) but at the same time also demand some form of compensation for the inconvenience caused - call it a reward for our patience and understanding.

I play at Videoslots casino mostly, they are based in Malta.

They transfer money using e-wallet within a minute, because I don't use Neteller any more, I used "bank transfer" for withdrawal last week, and it hit my bank account in 24 hours after I hit the "withdrawal button".

I talk to Live chat on Videoslots sometimes, I never have to wait for the chat.

Unless Videoslots built robots secretly, if Videoslots can provide those quality service, "not enough staff" should not be an excuse for Thrills, especially when the money is pending for 2 days without any time frame when the customer will get the money.

I rather guess the 'sick staff' story is just an excuse and instead it has something to do with them moving to the GiG platform a few days ago. Both, Thrills and SL were down for over 12 hours last week displaying a message they are moving to improve the player experience.

Still, letting a player totally in the dark when they get paid is totally unacceptable. Even with reduced staff they should be able to estimate how long it will take to get to the front of the queue.

But then again, I do not believe the 'sick staff' story.

I only signed up last week, docs were approved very quickly and my withdrawal came straight after that.

The only problem was in the beginning that, I was always being logged out, otherwise they're pretty good.

I am sure they will fix whatever the situation is soon. :)

Day 3 - still pending and reversible. This is despite being told by numerous cs agents mine will be 'pushed through' and they will immediately ask payments to authorize it yesterday.

I will add this is not a big sum, it's 150 quid. No bonus involved straight up card deposit and have been playing there for years.

Same here, I like SuperLenny - I'd thought right up until now that it was the still the "nice" branch of 32Red! Always found Thrills to be fair-to-middling too! Cheers for the heads-up though, if true!

Now I don't understand. SuperLenny has never been owned by 32Red. If you just mean that it's the same kind of good people as them then it still is.
It's the same people who runs Thrills and SuperLenny now too. They are just owned by other just as good people. You're just as safe as ever.

Fair enough. I got SL mixed up with another casino I play at which they do own, I can't remember its name at the moment for the life of me! I've never liked Guts though, in fact I SE'd from there ages ago, which makes me surprised I can still play at SL and make such decent withdrawals :)

That's becauase of Betit Group still use their own license. If and when they use Guts then you won't, if not your SE time is up. You'll know because you won't be able to log in when/if that happens.

OK, I'll bear it in mind - thanx!

EDIT - NEDPLAY - that was the casino I was trying to think of!!

Update from BetitGroup

Hi

Sorry for the problems guys and girls. It looks like the OP wasn't really informed correctly by our CR. The issues for the delayed Withdrawals are mostly due to technical issues related to the Platform migration we just performed. Big technical moves like these unfortunately always come with a bit of hickups and we are super sorry for that. Soon we will be back to fast withdrawals we usually deliver.

Best Regards
Erik

Well, I like my experience with Thrills, no problems with withdrawals. But a few days ago, and up to now, I can still log in to Thrills but no games are available to me. They already went the way Guts casino did, no more playing for me. Country restriction. What's sad about it is that Guts sent me an e mail explaining the reason for it, well, Thrills haven't done that. No explanation or whatever. But all in all, happy with the experience with Thrills.
