Firstly, this is a three year old thread about fiat withdrawals. Hopefully the mods can split this off to a standalone thread.

If you are withdrawing crypto - you can check the corresponding blockchain to see if your withdrawal has been processed. That will determine whether you need to speak to the casino (if it hasn't been sent) or coinbase (if it has).

A footnote that coinbase (and others) will suspend and/or close accounts that directly deposit to, and withdraw from, crypto casinos. Since you haven't mentioned an intermediate wallet I'm wondering if that is what you are doing...

Had a similar issue a few months back where I waited over a week for a bank transfer. Turned out the problem wasn’t with the casino but with the payment processor. Videoslots is usually pretty quick, but delays can happen sometimes. Maybe check with your bank to see if there’s any hold-up on their side. I switched to MuchBetter for withdrawals, and now it’s done in minutes. Hope you get it sorted soon!

For context, the thread was bumped by an unrelated crypto comment - which has been moved to a different thread. This discussion was from 3 1/2 years ago.

As you say, payment processors aren't perfect either - I'm sure some people remember the WorldPay fiasco from a few years back, people getting extra deposits, extra withdrawals... was a chaotic (and expensive) few weeks for them!
