Hello there,

I'm sorry to hear about your negative experience with the casino. It can be frustrating to have your winnings withheld unfairly.

In terms of making a complaint, you may want to start by reaching out to the customer support team of the casino in question. You can explain your situation and provide any relevant information or documentation, such as proof of your deposits and the terms of the deposit bonuses.

If you don't receive a satisfactory response from the casino, you can also consider filing a complaint with a relevant regulatory body, such as the jurisdiction where the casino is licensed. This may involve some research to determine which authority is responsible for overseeing the casino, but they can often help mediate disputes between players and casinos.

I hope this information is helpful, and I wish you the best of luck in resolving your issue. Thanks :)

... where to write to make complaint?
Wintomato appears to be licensed by Gaming Curacao (Master License 365/JAZ) so theoretically you could email to info@gaming-curacao.com .

Unfortunately our long experience with these guys tells us that they'll likely either ignore you completely or respond only to tell you that everything the casino has done is fine and good. Not always the case -- we have heard of a few exceptions -- but typical. Sorry to say but them's the breaks when it comes to flacid offshore licensing.
