So I wanted to claim the welcome package at WinTingo (which is apparently accredited here at CM) and stumbled into the following:

"If WinTingo deems that the autoplay feature has been used for the purpose of meeting or abusing wagering requirements, we reserve the right to void winnings."

This has to be one of the funniest terms I've seen. So what's the issue with using autoplay? The RTP changes when I click buttons myself? lol

I'm rather sure this term violates the accreditation standards. Bryan should read about this and contact them asap.

This term is obviously complete rubbish.

How do you "abuse wagering requirements" when using autoplay, but not otherwise. Either you meet them on allowed games and stakes, or you don't. Autoplay shouldn't be an issue if the bonus has been designed with a basic knowledge of casino maths, this isn't 2004 and the era of the Blackjack grinder.

Amazingly, I have come across that term numerous times over my 'playing career'

If fact I remember it well, constantly reminding the missues not to use Auto Play during wagering.

Can't recall exact casinos but I'm 90% sure it was MG Download clients and before the UK pullout.

Maybe Digimedia, Fortune Lounge or Palace Group (before mergers/hand shakes etc) or Lucky 247.

Agree though, crazy rule

I doesn't make any sense. All the autoplay does is make you lose your money faster. Seems a bit amateurish to me.

If I had my own casino, I'd invite people to use bots and encourage them to use autoplay as much as possible (if I was a greedy bastard, that is). It does not affect the RTP whatsoever.

Thankfully, the UKGC has seen fit to ban us Brits from a long grind on autoplay whilst we bugger off and sink a beer or cuppa in front of the telly, so we should not fall foul of this term unless the casino has fallen foul of the UKGC terms and offered us an autoplay capable of this.

It's also vague, it doesn't ban autoplay, it only bans it when in the sole opinion of the casino the player has attempted to meet WR, which is what they are SUPPOSED to be doing anyway before they make a withdrawal of any winnings that survived the process. Even a player who sits at their PC for too long clicking spin can be "deemed to have used autoplay" as there is no such thing as a strategy error in slots that might show the difference between a human player and a bot.
