I have attached 2 screenshots here to show what I see when I load a game in Wintingo Casino, It says waiting for api.allslotscasino.com in the loading bar bottom left of the browser and then says Read allslots.gameassists.co.uk...

Does this mean they could be part of the allslotscasino group or am I missing something here. I asked them in live support and they said they are nothing to do with allslotscasino, Yet did not explain why it says that in my browser bar. Why would it load there games from there???

Sure is, Wonder why support denied having a connection with allslots when in fact they in partnership with Allslots.

It is weird. Considering All slots is Accredited. Reminds me of the other week when I was checking my accounts, talked to some guy (lets call him X) on Europalace chat. That was ok.

Then decided to check my other account Platinum Casino and got the same guy Mr.X  I asked him if they were in partnership with Europalace and he said, No- that their chatline just helps out Euro Palace now and then. Hows that for weird?

This has happened at a few other casino groups also, Prime casino a year or so ago used the Bellerock group iirc.

I met one of the guys from Wintingo in London and one of the first things he said was that it was related to Allslots so I don't think it's anything they are trying to hide or is sinister in any way. In fact, when I tested it a couple of weeks back there was even communication direct from Jackpot Factory when it came to ID'ing me.

Are accounts allowed on both wintingo and allstarslots? I couldnt find that its forbidden, but a bit unsure.

I have read about people that have been denied cashouts because they have accounts at their sistercasinos. Believe that was some signup nd-bonus, but I'm not sure.

The best thing to do is ask support before you sign up.

Hmm do they also share the same email? Sent in my verification papers to 7 Sultanas (another one of the Fortune Lounge Group) last night and got a reply back from Euro palace. Saying that they received them blah blah. I rang 7 Sultanas and told them what happened, and they said 'we received them' but never bothered explaining 'why' return mail was from Euro Palace.

Dont get me wrong. I love Euro Palace. Its my favourite casino. However if it is part of the Fortune Group, why don't they just admit it, instead of both parties saying that 'it is not'? Just strange:cool:

Tha'ts just sour grapes if you ask me. They should have at least thanked you for raisin' it with them.

Could it be that one of the groups is offering CS for the Casino?

Sort of like the old Rivals or some Topgame casinos where the actual work is done by one group, but the casino is owned by a different group!

In that case, the CS may have been told to deny any connection to Casino 'B' - even if the CS is being done by the same folks as 'Casino A'.

I'll admit, though, the above is just a guess based on my own work in various CS/Tech Support jobs involving contracted/Outsourced CS.

I'm not 100% but I'd have said it's a "home" for the new scratch card product as much as anything. Scratches and Instant Play stuff doesn't really fit with the name "All Slots" so maybe they set this up as a side entity primarily for those? I'll point my Wintingo contact at this thread and maybe we can get some clarification.

Hi everyone,

Sorry for the late response.

Wintingo is a white labeled casino of All Slots but under entirely different ownership. Basically, we are just working off the All Slots gaming server but we run our own casino offering, including promotions, bonuses etc. Players can join both casinos and claim offers at both without any problem. We have also undergone E-cogra accreditation of our own. Our seals should be live shortly. Please feel free to contact me directly with any questions.

All the best

The problem is with having CS deny the "bleedin' obvious" to most experienced players. One lie, however minor, raises the suspicion there is worse to discover. Not all casinos have no sinister motives, but 888.com run a whole load of white labels, and each will deny having any connection with the others, except that is when a player wins too much and has their cashout confiscated for having accounts at "too many sister casinos", at which point the player realises they have been lied to whilst depositing, and the lie was a material one, not a minor "white lie".

A simple explanation for this when asked would be to say that All Slots provide the games, but the casino has separate management, and there is no problem in having accounts at both All Slots and Wintingo. The simpler term "white label" is not going to be understood by everybody, although it could be explained in detail on the website, and if CS receive such a question, they could reply with the link, rather than struggle to explain the situation themselves.

Players' concerns are really that a hidden relationship could lead them into breaking terms that limit activities across an entire group, rather than at individual skins.

I will now generalize but usually when CS has no clue what you're talking about - they'll just deny it.

Just yesterday I was told that certain slots are excluded from bonus wagering because right now there's a slot tournament running (sic!)
Gotta love CS sometimes.
