NOT A BBF THREAD

So here we have WinoMania - a new UK only facing brand. The only caveat I can see is that their withdrawal times are a bit slow with cards and bank wires - but I am unsure how they are with webwallets.

Anyway, please check them out. I will be requesting our Meister Minions to check them out as well

Wow 6-8 days for withdrawal, that’s a no from me, and don’t get me started on the bonuses, and so called VIP cash back.

how they still in business?
That is inexcusable in this day and age. If this doesn't breach any UKGC rules, it should.

I was hoping they were misquoting the VISA terminology, but it's much much worse...

All time frames are calculated in business days (Monday to Friday)"
  • So up to two business days for processing, one business day for execution and three to nine business days for "delivery"
  • Thus in total 6-8 business days (8-12 calendar days) for debit cards and PayPal - a still glacial 4-5 business days (4-7 calendar days) for Trustly and a shocking 8-12 business days (10-18 calendar days) for a bank transfer.
  • You can request cashouts only once all your payments have received final approval.
  • While your cashout request is in pending status, no promotional or any other bonuses will be processed. This will remain so until the status of your request has been finalised and approved.
  • We may delay and/or stop the processing of a withdrawal if you have simultaneously made a deposit that is still being processed or is otherwise outstanding.

So not only are their "fast withdrawals" insanely slow, but pending withdrawals (48 hours) will block bonuses and promotions, and deposits can block or cancel withdrawals? ? And we haven't even mentioned those three letters yet...

That is absolutely shocking...

That’s not even all the bad stuff either if you dig deeper lol £2 max bet while using a bonus anyone?

And I’m still quite shocked about the review on CM

“You’ll also get tailored offers, gifts, and promotions that correlate in value to your VIP level – and, honestly, for UK players, this is one of the better VIP programs we’ve seen in a while.” WTF?

They are at least transparent about that (it was reduced from £5 to £2 earlier this year) - the irregular playing pattern section on the other hand is problematic.

I've flagged up a few concerns with the review as well, so hopefully those will be fixed.

I guess it could be technically true because many sites have removed public references to their VIP program because of regulator pressure - so I imagine it'll be the same here in due course. But in terms of transparency it doesn't sit well because it's not particularly clear.

5-20% losses back with 1xB WR doesn't sound too bad but isn't particularly strong either (given the highest tier requires £500k of wagering in X period - solve for X, lifetime? monthly?) however withdrawals over the weekend can prevent cashback, similarly the cashback is "up to" because it's calculated on the lesser of losses or deposits during that week (no deposit = no cashback), and that £2 max bet is going to bite with larger bonuses... on 1xB it'll be slow, on 30xB or 40xB it'll be impossible.

Rechecking this...

As for the payouts - this is what they have:

So yeah - process/execution takes approx 1 day. Then we have the delivery - which to me is questionable. Why does it take a payment in a webwallet 3-5 days to land in your wallet? I would think 3-5 hours or one working day if it had already been processed. The total amounts are absurd and I have not a clue where they get their numbers. I hope the rep can fill us in on exactly what is up here.

Plus the processing phase before it, 2 + 1 + 5-9 = 8-12 business days.

payout is important, most of controlled gamblers have gambling budget, many times I want to cashout do to bad run or redeposit to another casino, waiting for 6-8 days for payment is very bad, is 2023 99% of casinos they pay in 5mins, 6-8 days waiting for withdraw is like playing on year 2000

I would be OK if the casino could compensate for these slow payouts with something unique. For example, if they had all the slots running at top RTPs, or they had a special bonus offering that no one else has. Otherwise, what's the point to play there? It's like going to that corner shop after a few cans of beer, and they tell you that they'll get them to you by next Friday, etc... while next to it are 10 more shops with the same shite inside but they give your drink instantly. :D

Yes @Casinomeister this looks like a load of old generic terms from years ago before bank payments were dramatically quickened - from process even overseas you would nowadays get money in 24-48 hours. Neteller is the same when I make a bank w/d it says it will be received by such and such a date usually 8 days in the future when in fact it's in my account in hours or less.
I wouldn't worry too much about these 3-5 and 6-8 day transit figures here as they are ass-covering ones. It's the processing time which is important - if your w/d is processed within 24 hours with most methods you will get it in hours to 2 days at most. So if they guarantee to process withdrawals within 48 hours (it seems they do them in 12-24) then there's not going to be too many issues. Having re-read these terms it's not too much to be concerned about. As ever, it's member feedback here which will establish the reality of the terms.

Spot on. If a casino knows that they lack something that folks expect - add some surprises that make up for it!

Higher RTPs is a great idea!
Maybe while a punter waits, send an amazon coupon for a small percentage of their winnings - or other token gifts. Something to set them apart.

Signed up to give it a go… Deposited £10, submitted a £50 withdrawal at 9am today and was in my PayPal account by 1:30pm. Not instant but certainly not as bad as the estimates above would suggest. Had to upload a picture of my passport and proof of address when I joined. Have received an email asking for a 3month bank statement (which I will not be providing) but wasn’t asked for that when I logged on to the site. RTPs seem as poor as most places these days. As long I can continue to play without sending my personal banking information, I’ll probably deposit again.

Thanks! That was most helpful, and you've just earned the rank of a Meister Minion

You also have the MM forum at your perusal as well so you can rate casinos etc.

Hey everyone ☺️

Winomania here, we’re absolutely thrilled to join the respected Casinomeister community. Thanks go to @Casinomeister for creating this thread!

We’re committed to making Winomania the best place to play at, so all feedback will be taken to heart and carefully considered.

Some questions have already popped up, we’ll try to answer them below.

Our withdrawal timeframes are listed on our website here:
You do not have permission to view link Log in or register now.

We know that all players are - justifiably - eager to get their winnings ASAP, and we are doing our best to make it happen. These are just the upper limits, the absolutely worst-case scenario, because what we want to avoid is disappointing someone. In the vast majority of cases (and especially if we already have KYC docs), the withdrawals are handled within a day, and the payments, especially when it’s to an e-wallet, are in the player’s account in a few hours.

We’re glad to see there are already CasinoMeister members playing with us who have received their withdrawals quickly enough, congratulations!

We have been consistent with our transparency regarding our terms and we are continually improving ourselves and taking all feedback attentively to ensure full satisfaction of our players. At this time, the maximum bet for wagering is indeed 2 GBP, our motivation for this is that we aim to encourage our players to enjoy the casino experience and allow them to play longer, rather than using their balance in one go.

They are at least transparent about that (it was reduced from £5 to £2 earlier this year) - the irregular playing pattern section on the other hand is problematic.
We have historically witnessed significant bonus abuse, hence the prohibition of irregular playing pattern in our bonus terms.

With a pending withdrawal you can still benefit from all deposit bonuses such as Spinomania, other promo codes you may have received, and Weekly cashback. We will make sure to clarify our Withdrawal terms accordingly, as we do recognize they are currently a bit ambiguous. The section about delaying a withdrawal if there is a simultaneous deposit still being processed concerns a particular, rare scenario, where a player has deposited, we’ve added the amount in their Winomania balance, but in fact due to a processing error, we’ve actually not received their deposit. In such cases, we may delay the withdrawal until the payment issue is resolved. In all honesty, this is a hypothetical scenario that has actually never taken place.

And I’m still quite shocked about the review on CM

We’ve taken your comments on board and will do our best to expand this section and publish more details about what it entails on our website. The VIP points, which are needed for a player to be a part of the VIP club and move from one tier to the next one, are collected over the player’s entire lifetime. Even with a pending withdrawal, over the weekend or otherwise, our VIP players are still eligible for cashback.

with UK vpn a lot of Dutch language
Regarding the VPN usage and the shown Dutch language, frankly, we’ve no idea why that happened and we’ll check with our in-house tech wizards, but, as per our User Agreement, our players are not supposed to access Winomania via a VPN.

We hope the info above will help answer some of your questions. We will keep checking the thread for more suggestions and passing them on, so keep them coming! All the best to all of you and we hope to see you playing with us ☺️

I just want to add to this; as a UK player I have used Winomania regularly for the last 12 months or so. Withdrawal times have always been very reasonable with payout usually always recieved within 12-24 hrs.

Based on my own experiences with them, I would recommend them.

They also offer regular deposit reloads and great customer service.

Firstly, thank you for the open and detailed feedback to our questions and observations.

We know that all players are - justifiably - eager to get their winnings ASAP, and we are doing our best to make it happen. These are just the upper limits, the absolutely worst-case scenario, because what we want to avoid is disappointing someone. Understandable. As you appreciate from our reactions, "up to 18 calendar days" for a standard withdrawal is unfathomable in the UK market - if your 99%+ range is considerably faster than that then it makes sense to quote that, with a footnote on reasons why it make take longer (KYC, AML, payment processing errors and so on).

Personally, the main question there would be how frequently withdrawals are processed - is it 24/7, or e.g. will it be during office hours 5, 6 or 7 days a week. I imagine that'll be the main source of disappointment (e.g. I withdraw 6pm on Friday, and it's still pending 8am on Monday).

We have historically witnessed significant bonus abuse, hence the prohibition of irregular playing pattern in our bonus terms.
Understood, our concerns here are less that such terms exist (you'd lose a fortune if they didn't) - but that some of them (particularly around changing bet sizes) are particularly easy to trip over.

Fair enough - I expected that was the meaning you were gunning for, unfortunately in this case there's a much more obvious meaning available because of the latency of a deposit (e.g. a few days for a debit card). As with the first point, mentioning in the footnote (and of course the T&Cs) is probably sufficient given it's a rare scenario.

Hi guys!

Thanks again for your input. We wanted to say that every single message here is being given careful thought. All of your feedback has been forwarded to the relevant people in our team, and on the basis of it, some changes are already in the pipeline, which will help clarify some of the ambiguities you pointed out to us.

Thanks to @Casinomeister for giving us the chance to speak directly with you all, and thanks to everyone who commented, it is immensely appreciated.

For us as a company, our ethos has always been to not make promises that might not deliver, even if it means some players are discouraged from playing with us due to the long periods we mention.

We process withdrawals on a first come, first served basis Monday to Friday, during office hours, which is why our timeframes explicitly refer to business days. Our current vision for speeding up the withdrawal process is to make the majority of cashouts automatic, which would mean withdrawals would be handled on a rolling basis 24/7. This would apply to players for whom we already have a full set of KYC documents and who have already received a manually approved withdrawal to the same payment method. Obviously, the rest of the withdrawals of new players and/or to new payment methods will also be processed more speedily, as our team won’t have their hands full. This is still in the pipeline, as you can imagine, there are a lot of AML / regulatory factors to take into account, but hopefully, we will have good news for our players soon enough.

Again, thanks everyone for your feedback :)

Have had an account on Winmania for a while but not played much. Deposited a total off £95 over 4 deposits from Friday to this morning, got up a bit and withdrew £100 - immediately got a pop up message along the lines of " your account has been suspended due to level of deposits requiring further account verification". I have sent KYC documents required but I thought that checks werent triggered by withdrawals which this obviously has been even though they say its deposit level.
I will see how long it takes for them to verify and pay, but very poor show for £100.

Was still able to play ( have set the documents they requested) and hit this. Left £13 after withdrawing £100 so I am hoping they arent going to mess about.

Mmmm, starting to get a wee bit worried now. Yesterday I added my passport, my bank statement and also my Virgin media bill. This morning I got a pop-up to say i needed to add proof of address, so i added my driving license and also my bank statement again.... just logged in again and asked again for proof of address...

Update: 1 x £100 and 1 x £300 withdrawal to paypal received in the last hour. All in all not a bad experience and £400 for £20 cant be sniffed at.
Considering also that its a bank holiday not the slowest it could have been and i can live with 24 hours between request and payout.

Congratulations on your win!

We're not sure which account belongs to you, but if this was the first time you withdrew with us, our Payments team would have needed some time to manually check the attached documents. Any subsequent withdrawals to the same payment method would most likely go through even more quickly, since the files you provided have already been verified.

If you ever get concerned, please don't hesitate to get in touch over chat or email, we're always happy to help and reassure you.

Hope to see you again playing at Winomania and best of luck!

I have been playing at this casino for over a year. There are many bonuses unlike many other casinos. They only asked me for a bank transaction where my deposit and my names are visible. The payout was very fast, within a few hours - to HSBC VISA.The games play very well. I am very satisfied. I don't know why they write that they pay out slowly, that is not true.

That's all well and good.
My account is fully verified apparently, it says 'in process.'
I deposited via Trustly, which as far as im aware, verifies your bank before the deposit, but I have had casinos asked for statements linked to the Trustly deposit.
It certainly won't be arriving today - they only process withdrawals on business days, which eliminates weekends.
