1000 stake haha nutjob, ive won over £5000 from a £2 bet (football obviously) not to many winners this season, had a £900 win a few months ago from a £3 bet. Its easy to win similar stakes to yours if you got the money but theres no fun in betting a grand on an evens shot and I would cry if I lost a grand on a certaintity. Had a friend win a decent 5 figure sum this year from a £1 bet, chose 4 matches over a few weeks with both teams to score in both halves, think he won about £20,000 from £1.
