The 2 features you describe (Dilophosaurus and Triceratops) are IMO the higher variance end of this slot and pay terrible most times but when they deliver, they deliver!

The other 3 (Brachio, Veliciraptor and T-Rex) are more 50/50 and tend to deliver a 100x+ more often.
