How do you take these videos, is it easy?

Yes it's easy, i use Fraps to record them. And then render them in sony vegas, you can use windows movie maker or something else too, or even just upload the raw files to youtube.
I'm sure there is better software to record with, but Fraps is easy to use and it's cheap.
