The best missclick I've ever made!!!

OK, I was playing Desert Treasure at bet365 and accidental pressed "Bet Max" button instead of "Bet One"...50$/per spin....and BAM :D
Very nice final of free spins :D

And another one!

I requested withdrawal and left few bucks to play for fun...2$/spin...
I think it's time to request another withdrawal :D

USA this is correct as i just check on there site , This is not the problem thou , It is that your not even allowed to request a cashout . so the $$ has to sit in your account until the timeframe they state comes in . At least let me cashout then pay me on your time frame ?

i mean really what the hell is 2k when you can bet $50 a spin ,

Yep, it is unfair for players who make high wagers and try to cash out. $2000 isn't much and that can only be done twice in a week totaling $4000 and four times a month totaling $8000. This term is clearly an advantage for the casino. In most cases players winning over $8000 will possibly lose the money back when it sits in their account and have to wait for the cash out period to come around again.

There is an option Rival casinos have that is called "flush accounts" and could be an option. I'm not to filimiar with this option because I've never use it, but to my understanding it removes the money from the players account so they don't keep playing on their cash out. I could be wrong, maybe someone else here could explain this a little better who's used the option.

Yep its screwed up , and i came up with the perfect soultion , i will not play there anymore , and will let all of my buddies and my websites members know that if they make a big win , they will not be able to cash it out at once , they will need to go in every day and make smaller withdrawls .

When will someone come up with a casino that makes instant ewallet payments for the usa , and lets you cash out whatever you win ? With no restrictions . or bs TOS .

I feel your pain - I played back my winnings as well. I couldn't stand the thought of having to wait weeks to get an ACH payment. It's a shame that the only place I can win at takes too long to pay. And boy, is Scary Rich high variance or what! I never made a bet over $2, the majority of the time I was only betting $1. To be fair, I did lose some on video poker as well, where I was betting $12.50 or less per hand, but not nearly as much as I lost in the slot.

Maybe this would be a good question for the Rival rep here at the forum. If they are going to allow players to make unlimited deposits and have high max bets in their casinos, they should have higher cash outs that equal out.

If players are expected to take risk when depositing their money and playing in their casino, there's no reason the casino should not have to take the same risk when paying players their winnings. It's called gambling for a reason, you lose you except the loss, you win you expect to be paid in a resonble amount of time " ;) like now ;) " no matter what the win is.

Lets hope the land base casinos don't follow in the same steps because it does take the fun out of winning.

Some nice wins at 32red to start off February including my first jackpot on the reel, shame it was 'only' 3000x on Avalon ;) Other wins from harveys, little chief big cash, prime property and supe it up

That's a sweet five wilds in Avalon! I've "tried" to hit that during the free spins because it seems like it would be easier to do with the extra wild - but you got them outside of the freebies, way to go! :notworthy

I have recently asked that question to both a Rival's casino rep. and CS and more questions as I was generating a mid 5 figure balance (now in the mid low 5 figures) at THISISVEGAS. Since it was stated in the TandC's (and I never anticipated such an extended run) I really had no right to complain about the daily, weekly and monthly withdrawal limits imo. I was fortunate that at least TIV (as was posted a few days ago by their rep. John) has removed the $8k monthly withdrawal restriction from their TandC's and is allowing $4k to be withdrawn per week (I realize TIV was not under any obligation to do this and John does make several posts in regards to the withdrawal restrictions as well as the subsequent elimination of the monthly withdrawal restriction)...That said, and as I have previously posted I never anticipated from the TandC's that the daily, weekly, and monthly withdrawal limits would require any remaining balance to remain in your account in full as the cashier software withdrawal's section is intergrated with the withdrawal restrictions. I chose to live with the withdrawal restrictions but interpretated the restrictions simply to be a schedule of disbursement amounts and dates. I had no idea that I could not remove my entire balance or any portion thereof from my balance from the casino at anytime via the cashier or even CS. This should definitely be clarified in the TandC's as one could easily argue the sentence above is not clear to the player by any means unless I missed this clarification in the TandC's. I understand the previous poster's frustration. I have already admitted that under current circumstance I only see the few thousand that I have received to date as real. Hopefully, TIV/Rivals will continue to listen and make changes for the positive (allow the player to withdrawal their balance in entirety if desired and then disburse according to the TandC's otherwise the lack of is clearly sending the wrong message to the player as implied in some of the preceding posts)...............Still if I give it all back, I have only myself to blame!!!

Totally. I just think something needs to be done about resurrecting ACH as a quick and viable withdrawal option. In the real world, an ACH transaction submitted before 5 or 6 pm EST will show up in the destination bank account the following morning. It's this "may take several weeks" stuff that I find difficult to comprehend. They either have an ACH processor or they don't, so why the delay?

This is 100% true , as when i request my affiliate payments from partypoker every month , they hit my account the next day , at most on the second day early in the morning

I agree it is about casinos willing to make changes. Withdrawal of the full amount is most important and is a good start, but if theres TC's that allow the player to make reverse withdrawals the changes makes no difference. (Which most casinos do allow this.) I think cash outs on a win are simple, a player who wins should be able to cash out at least 50% of their total win the first day (after all you did win) and the other 50% the next week at latest.

If these type of TC changes were made players would put more of the money they won back in their bank accounts ect where it belongs, and not just have it floating around in a casino account over a couple of months like they won a cash advance instead. Just my opinion.

Not to sound harsh but I totally disagree, it is complete bullshit that a casino can accept all deposits and not payout the full win amount, players deposits should not finance payouts over time, your credit card company charges you interest when you go over your grace period, do the casino's pay interest when they go over 21 or 30 days, NO. I firmly believe that all casino software providers should have some form of legislation that the casino operators have enough reserves to pay ALL wins......In a perfect world of course, at least there is one provider that demands this of their operators.

they go over 21 or 30 days

That seems a crazy timespan.

Another thing, I got stung for lifting cash out the cashline. It was poker winnings. Although I could cash it from the ATM's, it was deemed the money wasnt available & put me overdrawn. One friday I went to lift out my wages & had none due to bank charges. To cut a long story short I got banned from the bank for not accepting their reasons for not to refund me. Requested my statements for a year (I was charged for that too). I raised a court action against them and received 2500/$5000 settlement. I accepted the money but would not accept the terms that would waive my right for anything similar in the future. They closed my account with a cheque for the money I considered rightfully mine

SUCKS!!......Sometimes you just cant fight the machine, anyway dont want to derail the screenshots.

I agree that a bet made should be a bet paid in full and I am certainly not an advocate of anything less especially based on my long history of BandM play. I would love to be paid in full now (or actually last week, lol, before I gave some back but that works both ways also). I have said the current balance I am due (in the medium low five figures) just does not seem real under current circumstance. That said, I am trying to make the best of the situation and terms I played under and keep the situation in its proper perspective. I have no other choice currently!!.....At the same time I hope the combination of excellent posts by forum members on the current Rivals withdrawal TandC's as well as the other withdrawal issues brings more positive change by Rivals asap!!

Im having a ball today
