I am in awe! Gramma some people are just born lucky. But I had a friend that said..."if you don't play, you can't win". I just do progressives occasionally. But it just goes to show if you play 'em you CAN win them. Way to go!!! And please don't stop playing we love the screenshots it gives us all hope!:notworthy

wow...i would retire on that one!!!!

Have a better chance outside the USA for retiring on that one...too bad uncle sam is gonna get a nice chunk of it.....but even so awesome win :D

[edit] One good thing about it is you have just over a year for it to gain interest so you can offset the taxes a little bit for next year :)

Keep gambling!! Maybe we can just send you our money to play with and give you a % of the winnings :)

I had a dream wednesday night that I won a jackpot. I distinctly remember in the dream - the feeling that I got when I won.
If I remembered sex - I'd say it was something like that.

LOL.

WTG Gramma! Correct me if i'm wrong, but isn't that your second progressive jackpot hit now?

ok - lets get back to reality now :D

there were 11 spins left in loaded...nothing much came after that

got my bankroll up to 850 from a 150 deposit, ended up cashing out 400 :eek2:

Gramma...I'm speechless. That's absolutely incredible.

How much do you think you've lost over the years, compared to your winnings? It's hard to believe someone would hit 4 progressives without wagering A LOT. Give us the lowdown now that you're retiring:D

I sincerely hope you are quitting a winner! Congratulations again!

Cheers,
SM

i hereby volunteer to be your grandson.

i will remember your birthday and i promise to put the seat down when i come to visit.

yours truly,

your newest grandson,

max1mike

congrats on even more amazing wins!!!

It only takes one spin to win a jackpot. I've read on jackpot madness where someone has just joined the casino and pulled the slot 2 times and wins. It's just a matter of being in the right place at the right time when that chip pops up the right numbers. Watching to see which games you think are ready to go (slotcharts.com) - and trusting your gut. Something told me to play TN instead of one of the other progressives Sunday.

It's a rush to open the software and see my name on the news of the day too :) They've called me like 5 times, and are sending me a 'surprise' Wednesday - I'll let you know what it is. Before I've received promotional items (nice ones) - shirts, cups, mugs, ink pens, caps, camera, duffle bag, backpack, sunguard for the car, magnets, etc.

I spend about $100 a day - try to maximize all the bonuses (so play at different casinos) - stay away from the ones that I've never hit anything on (like 32red sorry!) I play the progressives almost exclusively. The only reason I play another is because the game is new, or I need to try to build up my bankroll a little.

Some days I may spend a little more than $100 - and some days I don't gamble at all - but on average I'd say $100 a day. I've had some other wins that I've cashed out (10K or less) - and of course played through a lot of wins.

If i just want to play for the sake of playing - I'll play a for free casino that I downloaded. Or i'll go to pogo and play silly games there.

And in case this is the next question - I'm a web designer since 1997. I work at the computer most all day long.

Ah Gramma you are clever.

If you are a real Grandma the town hall steps call!.

"I spend $100 dollars a day". That if true could have a few meanings eg I lose $100 dollars a day on average including my jackpot winnings, I lose $100 a day offset by my winnings, or I just gamble $100 dollars a day. Frankly I doubt whether any of those examples are the true situation.

As a comparison in just one casino since May 2005 I have turned over $3,000,000 thats about $15,000 a day on average in that one casino.

Something tells me you can beat that!

The real question, which has already been asked, is whether you are ahead overall in the long term.

Great hits though, keep it up.

Mitch

"that if true" ... and "Frankly I doubt whether any of those examples are the true situation"

What I mean by "I spend $100 a day" ..
is that if I have no money from bonuses or previous day winnings - I deposit $100 to play with.
I have absolutely no clue how much $ I've turned over in the casinos.
Is '$hitload' a valid form of measurement?
And yes I'm ahead.

oh .. and yes I'm a real gramma - 8 grandkids.

I'm happy you got your "exit" win Gramma, congrats.

$100 a day for five years is....$180,000. Chances are you weren't ahead before the Treasure Nile hit! I'm sincerely glad you hit it.

I hadn't been having a very good run lately - and because I was asked to test on what happens in the middle of a bonus spin round after a disconnect, I played some Pollen Nation Slots - and confirmed that the state was saved even after the disconnection.

So then I went on to Loaded, and was getting my butt kicked - but again, I forced a disconnect during a bonus spin, and then reconnected to find that the button status had changed to "Continue Free Spins" - as I expected, the state of the game had been saved exactly, unlike RTG.

I didn't have a very good bonus round, though I suppose one shouldn't complain about winning 11000 coins (roughly 22x).

So I continued... no longer needing to test the disconnection event, and hit this - a nice hit for sure.

... I was both happy and relieved as I had put in about $300-$350 during the testing. But now, with a little more than $600 in the kitty, I had to either reach the next level ($1000) or quit at $500, which are my cashout levels.

I raised the bet to 2 cents ($10) per spin - and managed to spin 25 times without losing too much, but I dropped the bet back to 1 cent as is my normal practice.

5 spins later, I got another bonus round, much to my delight and yet disappointment because I had just dropped the unit bet.

And then look what happens - major delight, and major disappointment at the same time:

Both of these big hits happened on the last spin of the bonus round - perhaps lending a little credence to someone's claim that the end result might be predetermined, but based on my overall experience I still believe that the result is random.

Obviously now I was at over $2700 - so I raised the bet again, preparing to cash out at $2500, or else hit another level at $3000.

I did get another bonus round but it was another 11000 coin ($220) bonus, so I continued a bit more - and hit another 48000 ($960) coin payout during a normal spin a few spins later. In the end, I cashed out $4K - one of my best runs ever at Trident Lounge... and more than made up for a few K in losses over the last month.

Loaded is one hell of a volatile slot - you either get your butt kicked, or if you're lucky, you catch the high side like I did this time. If you look up to the screenshot with the 4 scatters (10K coins at 4x), that is also the first time I have ever had 4 scatters in many thousand spins playing Loaded. But that could also have been 5 scatters... paying 60000 at 4x if I recall correctly... what an amazing run.

As it happens, I'm going out to dinner with the operator of Trident Lounge shortly... but perhaps I ought to be buying HER dinner :) Nevertheless, I know 100% I will be paid by this fine operation, and I am treated here every bit as well as I am treated by the fine folks at 32Red (who happens to be tomorrow's dinner appointment... perhaps I need to play 32Red tomorrow!)

After my bad luck at 32red in recent months, I think 32red owes me a dinner, too. :)

Love to see those Loaded screenshots, as that is my current addiction. I have never won over $800 in one bonus round but I look forward to that day. I love the way you told your story. Thanks for the lift!

Sweet Tally

My go-to game.

I've actually only been playing 'almost' 3 years :)

Those loaded wins were incredible. WTG! i love that game - the music - the bonus rounds... Which bonus spin do you pick usually? the 16 x 3 or the 12 x 4 ? I don't think I'd ever chosen the 24 X 2.

Long time no see, Gramma - was expecting you to post a few more huge hits to start off 2006 :) Congrats on that huge hit!

I always take 12 spins at 4x now, because it is a bit more of a thrill seeing a huge hit multiplied at the highest multiple. Sometimes I regret it, but usually it pays somewhere between 15K-20K credits.

I have tested all of the options - and frankly, I'd just get upset if I hit a huge spin at a low multiplier - kind of like when you drop back to a lower unit bet just before the big one lands... LOL...

Still, Loaded is a roller-coaster for sure. I would advise not chasing the bonus rounds, they don't seem to come all that often. I have better luck getting bonuses on Pollen Nation or Gift Rap.

i agree gramma!!!

LOADED is soooo addictive - i love the sounds and feel of the game so much

when i eventually hit the 5 scatters, im going to go to my local printers and have the screenshot enlarged on a glossy print and frame it!!! yaaaaayyy!!!

i might even upload the sound effects to my mobile/cell phone!!! hahaahahaha

btw - i only hit 24 spins if im staking 500 coins and ive hit a recent run of wins - if i havent hit anything in a while i will hit the x4 or x3, depending on how lucky i feel :)

GIFT RAP does my head in spearmaster - when i hit the bonus round, most of the time i get knocked out on my 1st pick - so frustrating when you have been waiting ages to hit the bonus as well

CONGRATULATIONS, GRAMMA! you definately have the MIDAS TOUCH! I was sitting beside a lady at a gaming resort over the weekend, and she was hitting everything. I said to her "girl pass some of that luck over here." She said, "ok, but we have to rub elbows", desperation makes you do crazy things:eek2: So we did! And I guess what, started to win!
So, Gramma, it's your turn, on the count of 3, put your little elbow to the puter screen and rub! 1-2-3[/SIZE] LOL - No I'm not kidding! Mine is already in place!
BEST WISHES,

Missm

Interestingly - my experience is the exact opposite! Waiting forever on those two, whilst Loaded seems to roll in those three mic's reasonably often.

I guess that backs up the randomness of it all...

if i may ask a stupid question?...what casino is this game from?

It's been a long time since I played in a Boss casino. I decided to give Canbet's casino a try. These guys are very cool. They offer instant neteller withdrawals too! I think I ll give a try Boss Casinos for some more time. I like them. The drawback is the small variety of games. Anyway, two spins before this win my bet was 0.45$. Then I accidentally pressed the Bet Max button and the bet became 4.5$ I think. I said, come on, one more spin with max bet and you re done. And LADY LUCK was near me!!!!!!

I agree, this is the only slot that seems to hit something nice every few spins. I have noticed that the bonus round comes in threes. If you get it once you can be sure you will get it twice more within a very few spins. After that...it can take up to 100 or so spins. I have also noticed that if the bonus round wins are small, you'll still get a few more but they will also be small. Of course the opposit is also true. Soooo addictive!! I think I'll go play now. :D

Well I've just been sent the details of the new slot "Harveys" to set up for the Slot Junkies comps next month at Roxy, and my initial reaction is that it could well become more popular than Loaded.

I could be wrong, but 30 free spins and a 25x multiplier??!! Now, as much as I hate the new "coin" display on these slots and dont play them, this sounds like it could be worth a dabble :D

First off, congratulations on your awesome win!

I find that playing the same session, same denomination with Loaded, that the bonus round pays about the same no matter which "lady" you pick. At 24x2, at 1.25, I get about $100, same with 12x4. If I am betting BIG, I usually pick the 12x4 just to see the coins add up faster.

Yeah, the expected return is of course exactly the same no matter what you pick, so you've been getting the par, chica! I used to like Loaded when it first came out, then I just stopped getting free spins...and gave it up. Just a bad streak I know, but discouraging. And with 20 lines, too many near-misses for my taste...frustrating.

Not many winner screenshots lately...Gramma emptied the MG piggybank ;)

Oh go on then... This one came in this morning. You know how we often complain about hitting something nice the minute we decrease the bet size? This was literally the first £9 spin after ages at £4.50...

Only four? You're losing your touch matey ;)

Nah, thats a sweet moment when that happens on a upped bet.

First spin as well! Result. Managed to take it just over 3000 on Loaded too... Four features within twenty spins!!!

Funny thing is, WILDS on all machines seem to drop in a lot quicker than anything else - almost instant... My money is on if you get five - it's instant, all five reels at once...

Nice hit Slotster!... at a nice casino! I've gotten 5-wilds twice..... Tomb Raider and GG Winning Wizards. They came in one at a time for me. The Winning Wizard's 5-wilds spin was surreal and seemed like everything was in slow motion as I watched each one drop. I remember that Granny said that the progressive jackpots at MG just appear without a spin though. :)
