My first x10 multiplier feature in a long while - funnily enough with zero upgrades - just goes to show 3, 4, 5 scatters or any sort of ‘start from level 2’ etc is just absolute fluff.

Yes, the guns are rare, but so are the stars. Come to think of it, I may have actually hit the stars more often than the guns...

Been playing - and therefore losing - far too much, far too quickly on Gates of Olympus 2500 so I thought it best to move down several steps on the volatility ladder and try to actually get some entertainment value for my money, and this all played out just nicely - I got to spend the evening with the feeling that the slots were actually working with me, not against me.

It was always going to be hard to increase the balance further but even if it dropped somewhat I'm still up compared to where I started last night and a lot deeper into the bonus wagering. It could be worse - it could be Gates 2500, in which case I'd probably be rinsed long ago!

I didn't think much of it - I only won about 4 quid.

But... I decided to give it a few more tries at 50p.
I didn't even know what was going on, as I hadn't read the paytable first - and the first time I hit the "Golden Bamboo" feature, the figures didn't mean much & I thought I had won a tenner or something...

But bang - 272x!
Didn't take long to hit it twice more - 257x & 382x!

Upped bet to £1... but it didn't hit again.
However, it DID give me a 64x in the base game!

I might be back to this one...

Nearly £400 profit in 20 minutes...

Even if I hit my best 2 wins of the week - namely, on Rhino (730x) and on Gorilla (648x) - I couldn't fully dodge the flurry of bad spins directed at me throughout the evening so this was heading for a big balance drop indeed but fortunately Bermuda Riches reached out and let me finish the day hopes restored of successfully completing the bonus wagering (70% in now).

I love that you've never heard of Big Bamboo, you really stay true to your own thing (ancient Netents, isn't it?) This slot was like a major deal a few years back and must be one of the most famous there is! It's really good (except for when it's really bad) and those wins you got were only a small taste of what it can do. It's well worth trying again - but £1 bets would be madness mind you

Big Bamboo is actually Push Gaming and it's volatile AF but it's the kind of game that can actually dump out truely massive hits, even in the base game.

Using my free spins from Mr Vegas encores. Got a bonus on Sugar Rush Super Scatter from my 14 spins. Pretty shocked tbh. 4 scatters and triggered with the 'super scatter'.

83x DoA2 5oak guns. Nothing special but after maybe 12 months of looking out for this on both DoAs I finally landed one. Think it's around 18 to 2 5oak sheriffs vs guns since then.

Pissed by Shady Lady. Truly all or nothing provider. In this case all: 547x on a regular 3 scatter bonus without ante bet on, balance saver too.

Sure, so I have deposit limits on almost all the casinos I play at - Bella £25 per day, betMGM £50 per day, PP £25 etc - so across almost all casinos I play at I can’t deposit more than say £200 a day. I’ll often start with 40/50p spins and try and work a balance up. If I see scatters dropping on almost every spin as a tease I’ll then crank up the stakes to £1/£1.50 and hope the bonus lands. I’ve just done exactly that with splash 1000 on MGM and had a 450x+ win.

Of course I have losing days, I’ve always been transparent about that. Two months ago I couldn’t land a row of fish let alone a 5OAK or feature for weeks on end and I was about £1.5k in the mud. Then I had a 1000x win on floats boat at a quid fifty and broke even.

I’ll just switch sites if the games are dead, but they rarely are for me, somehow …
