Afternoon All

I signed up to Wink Slots today and to be honest i stupidly deposited a hell of a lot considering i had just signed up. Luckily enough i managed to claw it back and then some almost doubling my money.

Overall the casino looks good and has a decent slot variety.

Question is has anyone else got any experience with the casino. Am i likely to have any issues with withdrawals etc.

It's a C*ss*v* site which means you'll have 72 hours to wait before they even touch your withdrawal. They are on the NCD list here (no can do) if you have a complaint and want Max to intervene via the Casinomeister arbitration service. Don't reverse, do what it takes to get you withdrawal then piss-off fast from there and don't deposit again.

There was also a typo when creating their "Wink" skin

Never seen such good advice as the "Don't deposit again" above from Dunover.

IMO they are a shady bunch of money grabbing crooks who manage to bend the rules to stay in business. The internet is chock-a-block with negative stories about there guys.

Get your dosh no matter how much patience and resisting it takes and NEVER look back!

Iv won several thousand from there sites and never had an issue being paid, that was playing with and without bonus money but I agree there are ALOT of better sites out there!

I play there occasionally but i am always nervous as the internet is indeed full of horror stories. Cassava seem to just take dislike to people at random and they will steal your money happily with no comeback on themselves. If u withdrew today they will start to process it thursday until then it will be reversible.

They don't like winners and make no secret of the fact either lol

I don't have any nice words about them, having been stung by them in the past and having a seriously awful time trying to discuss it with their customer 'lack of' service. Was passed all over the place, even to CS in other casinos in their group!! The good news is that I was eventually paid, but only after having all my accounts closed.

Very similar situation, (few years back now) paid all accounts apart from 3 of 8. Robbed of a total about £400. Never quite understood why they paid some and not the others yet threw the same (apparent) "Breach of Terms" BS at me for all accounts

Argued till my fingers hurt and head spun then gave it up as a bad job. They Impolitely told me "Never darken our doors" again.

Not a problem I replied, I'm about 8K up on your group anyway, take the staff out for a meal and drinK with the dosh you stole from me
