William Hill Refusing a bonus retroactively

wow just read this thread, totally disgusted.

but as others said yeah William Hill are a joke of a company I used to play there and i had issues after issue with them too so i asked them to close my account too.

but seriously all those months it taken them to resolve this issue, you should have got a lot more than £100, you should have got compensation too in my opinion. this is just so out of line yet again.

i politely disagree...william hill are by far the best casino for promotions and loyalty offers...none of this bonus ban rubbish for taking too many bonuses...just dont take the p***

Before a certain paid forum started up they would offer £250 deposit bonus a week and 20% cashback(on the lost deposit match, wager free cash)

Be careful with Bonuses!
It is  crucial  that you understand and agree to the terms and conditions of any bonus that you accept. Most of the complaints that come through our arbitration service are bonus related; it would be safe to say that there are tens of thousands of players who have never complained because they realized after the fact that they did not understand or had never read the terms. Nothing in a casino is free – so whenever you see “free” being used, there are stipulations. It is important for you to understand that.

Please check out our Bonus Section that lists the offers given by our Accredited Casinos. No deposit bonuses, welcome bonuses (AKA sign up bonuses [SUBs]), exclusive bonuses, reload bonuses, free spin bonuses...all this and more!
Sounds like basic william hill (thesedays basic). If one happens to win from here, they try to use every excuse to not pay you, atleast if it is a decent sum. And not only that they ask where you are working, and ask you to provide documents from your BANK statement to verify that you can AFFORD to play there, and if they think you can't then they use this excuse to not to pay you.

Also if you are a student playing on williamhill they can and will in some cases deny your winnings based on the fact that you are a student. Been heard this happens a couple times and also a couple times a non payment because they deemed the player could not "afford" to play there.

I could understand this if the player had said to them he has gambling problems, but in a case he doesn't they should not have no right to ask for your bank records and or your work place.

Quite disgusted on how bad standards william hill runs these days, but i can happily say that back when they had cryptologic/wagerlogic casino software, i used to win loads and loads from there, so happy memories ;)
