William Hill paid me FAST!

I used to be impressed with ECash Direct when William Hill was just another Cryptologic. They always paid in a couple days like clockwork, and that was very good.

I haven't really played William Hill much in the last several months. But I just made a withdrawal on their "new" software, (actually it was the poker room), and I just looked at my Neteller and the money is there in not more than TWO HOURS! That's GREAT! I'm really impressed. Actually, it couldn't have been more than an hour and a half ago. Now THAT is really a great way to do business.

Now lets talk about their customer service.

The last withdrawal problem I had at William Hill was complete idiocy from their side.

I contacted the General at THEPRESCRIPTION and even he could not help.
They did finally conact the General but it was too late to help.

Yep. Usually in 1-3 hours. (NETeller)

That's why i keep nowdays only Global Player and iNetBet in my desktop.
I'm boring to hunting just bonuses (exclude: contest, etc) and just want to enjoy hassle free gambling.

When i read, how much some peoples just hunting bonuses, and complaint about these bonuses... i don't see entertainment anymore. I see just
obsession to bonuses.

And about CS. iNetBet reply usually in 2-10 minutes, and Global in 20-30 minutes. While some casinos reply in 24 hours - 3 DAYS!

I have few same experiences from past,
there was some technical issue then.

But i know, you can always PM Roman (Casino Manager) here, or send
e-mail to Roman.

Even they still pay fast, i saw that there is some delays in respond recently.
But everything works smoothly (at least to me)

Ok recieved payment today. I do like the place...What I do is play poker then winning + bonus I use to play Love Bugs slots. Won a lot of Pounds this month. So had two cashouts my other cashouts have been fast before this. Also they did reply to my last email I sent through there casino software apologising for delays saying it was because there backed up from the holidays.
