Please pay attention to this term in the sign up

Please note that all First Deposit Bonuses are issued only for wagering purposes. Bonuses will be automatically removed from players' accounts after a withdrawal request.

I'm not sure what your question is. Bonuses for playing only and removed on cashout are not uncommon. You deposit 100, get 150, and now have a balance of $250. Now, I would confirm with support that the wagering of 20x is on the bonus only, (that's how I would read that table, but always good to double check). You complete $3000 in wagering, and now have a balance of $500. When you withdraw $500, that $150 bonus is removed, and your withdrawal will be $350. If your balance was $189, your withdrawal would only be $39 after the bonus was removed.

For the second deposit bonus, terms are similar. You must have a zero balance, and cannot have a withdrawal pending.

The best place to ask questions about a bonus are IMO with the casino support. I usually use live chat and keep a copy of my transcript.

Thanks jas

My arguement is I played the first deposit and the bonus was taken off. I have no beef with that as it said so on the T&Cs. I then deposited 850 for a 500 bonus, Finished the wagering on 900 and thought ok, not great but bearable. Withdrew and then only got paid 400.

IMO the terms state that the first deposit bonus is taken off, like I said no prob but the rest of them are not. That was how I read it and even asking people who know a little about the casinos they agree but thought I would ask the seasoned pros for their input

I can't see anything about the bonus being removed on the 2nd deposit. But two things that could affect it:

1) if your original withdrawal hadn't been processed
2) If you were playing in $ or Euros which it appars you weren't anyway.

Thats it exactly Simmo. I did the sign up, THEY EMAILED ME and advised of the 2nd deposit. I checked and thought well this one is one I keep so i did it. Never realised until the money hit my account.

Thats y im asking for views of how others read the terms. If its "Look its obvious its taken off" then Ill wipe my lips and move on.

Were you playing in GBP? After re-reading terms and the general terms applying to "exceptional groups", if you were playing in GBP it looks like the second bonus should not be removed.

If you were playing in euros or dollars, looks like it would be.

I'd email support and ask them why the bonus was removed upon cashout for the second deposit.

When you are granted a bonus at William Hill a congratulations window pops up "you've been granted X$$$ blah blah blah click on the T/C within that window where it will tell you specifics of that particular bonus. Upon your first withdrawal the bonus amount will be removed from your account.

When you click on the T&Cs of the second bonus, it doesnt say anything at all.

Doesnt say nothing of it being removed.

If you made a deposit in faith of that the bonus is cashable, you were completely right, because the terms are misleading, they mention that the First Deposit Bonus is not cashable, and for the others don't write anything, this way it suggests as if the others were cashable. If I were you I would do effort to get my full withdrawal, not only 400. I am satisfied with William Hill Casino Club, however when I deposit I never expect to get the bonus with the withdrawal, but only because of that I have experience there. If you are a newcomer, you can easily walk away as disappointed if you fall in this situation. It should be clarified whether the other bonuses are cashable or not.
