William Hill Casino Club withdrawal times

Hi I withdrew £13000 from William hill casino club on 26th of April. I've still not heard if this has been approved. I have sent my ID and proof of address etc. How long does the process usually rake for this kind of withdrawal. I have not withdrew a larger amount before. Thanks for the help.

Size doesn't matter? I read on their site they pay up to 2 million in a single transaction, so shouldn't be any different than say a couple hundred.
Some casinos pay large wins in small sums, but by the looks of it this isn't the case over there. Probably just a slow verification process. Oh and I think there have been a number of holidays in Israel recently..

I'd get verified and paid then switch to their main-site casino - you've ended up at the crap one unfortunately but the main William Hill casino is very decent. Much faster cashout times and stuff although bonuses aren't as prolific. Not quite sure why they have two to be honest but the main one is accessible through www.williamhill.com by clicking the "Casino" tab.

Thanks for the info. How long do they take usually? I know they have 4 day pending period which will add time to the withdrawal. As long as I get paid eventually I suppose, that's all I'm worried about.

Impossible to say on a first withdrawal but pending period + 24hrs seems to be the norm forprocessing once you're ID'ed... plus 2-3 working days for BACS to xfer the money if you requested a card or bank transfer.
