Not been able to get them on the phone to clarify but if I play, lose £500 and they deny me the cashback would everyone be happy with that?

Yes, since this is 20% back on LOSSES, therefore if you win, you don't qualify.

I would simply NOT PLAY until I received clarification.

Oddly enough, I too had a problem with a mistake at GNUF, where the email said 75% up to 225, yet the cashier claim box said 75% up to 75.

I emailed them to ask which was correct, and in my email I told them that I would probably let this lapse unless the issue was clarified within the remaining 3 hours.

They replied VERY quickly;)

This is how you have to "watch your back" in 2010/2011 as a player. If I spot conflicting clauses, I always consider the WORST one to be the correct one until told otherwise.

In the above GNUF example, I would NOT actually PLAY Double Double Bonus VP on the grounds that only "Double Bonus VP" was excluded. I would consider that if "Double Bonus" was excluded, then surely the BETTER "Double Double" variant would be too.

Similarly, if "Jacks or Better" was excluded, I would ASSUME that All Aces would ALSO be excluded, and that the reason for it not being mentioned was because the casino hadn't got around to updating the web page.

The problem is that NEWBIE players don't have the benefit of my 6 years+ experience of playing online.

When I started, I DID come pretty close to falling foul of some points in the terms. Fortunately, I have only had $150 confiscated in 6 years, and that was Crystal Palace, and I was pretty much expecting it - I played the free chip "for shits & giggles", and when I beat it, I withdrew with the expectation that I would never see it.

When I didn't, I gave Mr Curran a "mouthful", and said I never intended to deposit anyway, because by that time I had found out about the group.

If I get "trouble" from a casino, I walk away. Perhaps if the OP had seen "the writing on the wall" after the earlier issue, and left before they hit a REAL problem, they would not have had 10K confiscated, and GNUF would not have made all that additional money from them.

There are MGS casinos that merely WEIGHT All Aces at 2%, rather than ban it altogether, this would be a better place to play.

I think hes refering to the fact that there isnt a SUNDAY 20th December. Sunday was the 19th
