Wildjackpots (not to be confused with Wildjack) is the sister casino of GoWild Casino. They are giving it a go, and I expect them to get through this no problemo, so it's a 30 day fast track BBF.

You can sign up here to check them out.

And if you have any issues, Gia is always here. And of course please post your experiences, problems, issues, kudos or critiques here.

Checked the site and have 2 questions:

1. Is it allowed to register and use the bonus if i already have an account at GoWild?

2. I checked the T&Cs and found two different § regarding playthrough

6. All bonuses must be turned over 40 times before any withdrawal request is made.

6. All bonuses must be turned over 50 times before any withdrawal request is made

Whats correct?

i think having an account at go wild is ok may be rep can confirm it

is table games ok with bonus?

6.4 The Wild Jackpots servers are synchronized in line with UK time throughout the year. Wild Jackpots' internal operating procedures initiate payment processing from the servers daily at 03:59.

So, do I take this that the LONGEST you'd have to wait (once KYC'd) for a cash-out to be processed is 24 hours, even at weekends. I cash-out at say 22:30 on Saturday evening, my cash-out will be sent for processing and NOT show as pending from 03:39 Sunday?

If so that'd be the quickest MG download cash-out time there is.

still haven't learned the maths though, same mistake as on GoWild. Are they using "kindergarten kids" for the calculations??? :confused::

1.8. When the player receives a bonus from the Casino, the maximum bet is limited to 20% of the bonus amount up to $10 (or the corresponding amount in the account currency).

Example:
- If you have 100 credits in your bonus balance, your max bet will be limited to 20;
- If you have 50 credits in your bonus balance, your max bet will be limited to 10;
- If you have 25 credits in your bonus balance, your max bet will be limited to 10.

Would be nice to know if 10 or 20 is the max. allowed bet and since when is 20% of 25 = 10???

Also i certainly don't like this one either, another casino using messengers on horses to deliver withdrawals, and 48hours means really slow horses :( :

It will then take forty eight (48) hours after the time of the request for the withdrawal to be processed.

No mention either if they pay on weekends??? :what:

And this one, although it mentions that this does not apply to Progressives:

Moreover, while there is NO LIMIT to the amount a Player can cash out, there is a maximum amount that can be withdrawn at a time. Thus, for receiving any withdrawal which is higher than $10,000, an amount of $10,000 (or the corresponding amount in the currency of the payment) will be paid to you every 7 business days, after your withdrawal request, until the full amount of the withdrawal is paid.

No way that i will even think about registering if they have these kind of T&C's and 48hrs pending period. Your still much better off at "number color" if you are looking for a MG download casino.

Personally, i won't register at a new casino unless it offers instant withdrawals and that 24/7/365 or at least flushing. Any other case i can stay with number color for MG download casinos..

Likely to be a bad formulation. What they actually mean is "maximum bet is limited to 20% of the bonus amount up to a minimum max-bet of $10"

Don't think that it is just that as it was exactly the same wrong calculation on the GoWild site. Gia said they would look into it which apparently they did partially:

GoWild Bonus Terms and Conditions
1.8. When the player receives a bonus from the Casino, the maximum bet is limited to 20% of the bonus amount. Max bet will never be limited when the bonus balance is lower than 10 credits (or the corresponding amount in the account currency).
Example:
• if you have 100 credits in your bonus balance your max bet will be limited to 20;
• if you have 50 credits in your bonus balance your max bet will be limited to 10;
• if you have 25 credits in your bonus balance your max bet will be limited to 10.

- Removed max bet 10
- Still 20% of 25 = 5 and certainly not 10. So the player is not the wiser, really.

Is nobody proofreading website content before putting it online???? :confused:

It's certainly misleading. Some people might also think that with diminishing bonus balance they need to lower their bets accordingly to never bet more then 20% of their current bonus. So it would at least be better to formulate it like that:

1.8. When the player receives a bonus from the Casino, the maximum bet is limited to 20% of the initial bonus amount. If your initial bonusbalance is 50 credits or lower your maximum bet is limited to 10 credits (or the corresponding amount in the account currency).
Example:
• if you have 100 credits in your bonus balance your max bet will be limited to 20;
• if you have 50 credits in your bonus balance your max bet will be limited to 10;
• if you have 25 credits in your bonus balance your max bet will be limited to 10.

I "proof read" it weeks ago (not at their request - I was just checking it out).
I e-mailed the rep & told them about this blatant error on Feb-11th - I am very disappointed they did nothing about it. :mad:

Clarifications

Hello everyone,

Thank you for your feedback so far. Please allow me to clarify a few things.

@ bowki: 1 - It is allowed to have an account on Wild Jackpots and enjoy the bonuses there even if you already have an account on GoWild Casino.
2 - The wagering requirements may differ depending on the bonus. They will be 50 x the bonus amount for a no deposit bonus (free bonus), 40 x the bonus amount for the deposit bonuses in the Opening Offer (first and second deposit) and 30 x the bonus amount for the rest of the deposit bonuses issued after the completion of the Opening Offer.

@muziq: We allow some table games that can be played using a bonus, yet the contribution to the wagering requirements will differ. All the information is available here: Outdated Link Removed

@dunover: The standard pending time for a withdrawal is of 48 hours, yet we are always flexible and players can ask for pending cashins to be flushed to enjoy their winnings as soon as possible. The term you quoted refers to the fact that the gaming server and casino operation works on London GMT time.

@Harry_BKK: This term has recently been discussed in another thread, the new version has already been approved and the website will also be updated by the end of the week. To clear this term, the max bet limit is 20% of the original bonus amount received, yet never lower than 10 credits, so players are not too limited in case the bonus balance is on the low side.

I hope that clarifies everything, yet should there be any further questions or suggestions, please do not hesitate to contact me.

Regards,
Gia

Thanks for the clarification Gia.

Good to hear you do offer flushing on request. Does this mean that the withdrawal will be processed with the next payment run, possibly the same day if a player flushes early in the morning?

Last question, do you process withdrawals on weekends at either GoWild or WildJackpots?

Hello,

Indeed, in case a withdrawal is flushed, the payment will generally be processed in the next payment run.

However, as it is the case with many Microgaming operators, we are unable to process withdrawals during the weekends. Yet, we are looking into adding a third party payment processor to facilitate weekend withdrawals in the future.

And regarding the previous post about the max bet limit, that has also been updated in our Outdated Link Removed, under paragraph 1.8. We hope that this version is a lot clearer.

Regards,
Gia

Now that would some really great news Gia. :) Please let me know the soon you can offer weekend payouts and you will have my full attention (deposits).

Although the instant withdrawal at the likes of Energy, Videoslots etc is the best option, i still like the MG download casino much better.

sounds like the go wild operation has had a big overhaul from the crap i used to get may try the sister one will wait to see if the wagering for first bonus becomes reasonable first.ill add it to my list

Signed up got 100% bonus, busted out but afterwards i see this
is this exclusive for Casinomeister members or ? i signed up through casinomeisters link.

heres the update lets just say im smiles all round
deposited 20 got 40 bonus after a talk with support
had a fair few decent wins 800 balance after wagering
cashed out 700 :) i was a go wild customer so i expect no issues
and sent in docs ect lets hope i make fridays payments :) ill let you know how long it takes to hit my skrill
i asked for flushing

I'll be brief

On Tuesday I deposited 200 dollars and did not take a bonus because the terms and conditions are creepy.

On Wednesday I did a bank withdrawal of 2350 dollars as I got pretty lucky at this casino. Compared to others I lost on that particular day.

My home screen account is still showing my withdrawal as reversable. Support said it will be processed soon. I was able to get verified quickly by Tina, very friendly.

The only issue I have is the delay finalizing my withdrawal. Are they waiting for me to reverse and lose? They picked the wrong bitch to play mind games with.

Does everyone have this delay or is it just for me since I won 2000?

Thank you

D

All is good. Money was processed and is on the way.
They got me for 600 thereafter.
I have exceeded my limits. Cashing out 8k this week but deposited well over 5000 according to.my online visa bill.

Too much.

Time to trim down my list of casinos.

This is so different than our local casino, easy to lose track.

glad it got sorted out :) best of luck with your online gaming in the future
land based casinos have a lower rtp normally so you have better odds online from a mathematical point of view
rtp is "return to player" land based ones where im from is australia are less than 84% where online it 90% to 98% :)

update flushed on friday so money should be in today ill let you all know the times :)
still happy with my cashout of 35 times my 20 deposit :)
edit 11.42 melb time 12.44pm gmt money received in full :) no issues happy with my experience

I'm obvioulsy out of touch...

Which UK law prevents UK players from playing at this casino ?

Britney: Due to Microgaming Policy and also UK laws, players from the UK are not able to play with us anymore

I did ask Britney herself but she just ignored my chat for about 5 mins before saying

Britney: I don't have any further details to provide

Just thought I'd ask the experts here :)

verification needed again for existing gowild-customers?

I would like to know if players that are already verified at Gowildcasino (documents + e-wallets) will have to go through KYC-verification again on Wildjackpots...?

To be more specific:

- I have an account at Gowildcasino since years ago and my id-documents were accepted years ago, too. (Re-doing this step for Wildjackpots would only need me to send an email, so not that much of a hassle)

- I have used Neteller at Gowildcasino for several deposits + withdrawals. But nowadays i use Paysafecard for close to 100% of my gambling-deposits (mostly because i find it easier to manage my monthly gambling-budget this way / having to leave home to grab another Paysafecard after losing a deposit is inconvenient enough to work as some kind of "tilt-control" for me, compared to just making a few clicks to re-deposit via Neteller).

So would i have to make a verification-deposit at Wildjackpots using Neteller in order to be able to withdraw potential winnings to my Neteller? Or would i be allowed to withdraw to my Neteller after only having used Paysafecard for deposits at Wildjackpots?

i too had to resend docs no issue was same id with a recent bill .you will be able to cash out by the payment thing used for deposit. eg skrill gets payed back to skrill netella back to netella and so on previous deposits at go wild wont matter even if you use one type of payment system then change you still should not have a problem as long as there's no money in or pending on cash out in your account. basic anti laundering rules.

Hi everyone,

I hope you had a nice weekend.

@Takkaone: 1. In case the GoWild account is fully verified, the details registered on the Wild Jackpots account are identical and there are no new cards used on the Wild Jackpots account, there generally won't be a need to go though the KYC procedure again on Wild Jackpots. However, in case our finance department will need any documents or extra details in order to pay a withdrawal, they will contact each player and request them.

2. Players can request a withdrawal only to a payment method that was successfully used for depositing in that casino. So in the case you described you should make a successful deposit with Neteller on Wild Jackpots in order to withdraw with Neteller (you are not required to play that deposit, and you can withdraw it along with your winnings).

@pmhcfc: I believe that Britney was referring to the recent changes made by the UK Gambling Commission. These changes made it so that only casinos with an operating licence from the Gambling Commission can legally accept players from the UK. And since GoWild Malta does not have a UK licence, we cannot accept business from the UK. In case you would like to, you can search for operators with UK licences
You do not have permission to view link Log in or register now.

I hope that clarifies everything, yet should there be any other questions, please do not hesitate to contact me.

Regards,
Gia
