Hello,

I am new to casinomeister and would just like to say hello first.

I have been playing a few online casinos recently...... and I came across wild vegas casino. Apparently they charged my account double and refuse to respond to any e-mails I have sent out. As far as I know.... this is theft. Can anybody help me out with this situation...... I clearly have double withdrawals vs. my 1 credit I received in the past 2 weeks.....

Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Duh. I was speed reading. I saw "wild" and read Go Wild.

I can bring this to the attention of a Gambling Wages rep. These casinos are in the rogue pit, which excludes them from the PAB service.

The only advise I can give you is to stay away from the Cool Cat group in the future. It is a shitty group in my opinion and I will quess that many members on this forum will agree.

Hope your problem will be fixed :)
 
First thank you for all your kind helpful responses.

As you guys have noted, I am not playing on this site anymore but would still like to get reimbursed for what they have taken from me...... Any additional info would be great as to how I can get this process going...
