I'm not 100% clear on what you're saying, but you do know that you have to have a whole reel of stacked wilds to get the extra spins, do you?
e.g. If reel 2 is showing 3 wilds you get 2 extra spins.

I've played this game quite a bit and not noticed anything strange about it, but I will look more carefully in the future.

Yep, the whole reel needs to be covered. Personally I haven't had any problems with this game and I have gotten freespins quite many times.

Ok probably system dont add 2 free spins for ALL hit stacked wild in free spin mode if player Play in 5-10 Line bet - If player play in 20 line bet then this work good so - nothing special.
