Wild.IO absurd KYC request and Withdrawal Issues

Is there an active rep for Wild.io? I did check but seems they haven’t logged on for a long time.

On to the issue…

I have been trying a few crypto casinos as a UK player, with no problem getting paid or having to do some KYC for AML. I’m not a high roller but play regularly and have had some small 4 figure cash outs paid in minutes.

Found Wild.io through another site advertising VPN/crypto/no kyc casinos. Joined and made a small deposit, but release of the deposit was held until I submitted KYC info including ID and address info, the deposit was released on submittal of documents (not approval) on their system on their site.

I then go on to meet the deposit bonus wager comfortably and make a withdrawal, which sat pending for at least 24 hours. Naturally I chased it up and was told to wait.

I was then sent an email rejecting my documents and to resubmit with additional requirements including a selfie, holding my ID with a signed piece of paper with their casino name and date. My account was also temporarily suspended.

I submitted as requested, and they haven’t rejected my documents (yet), but they are now asking me to have a MS teams call with them?!

This request is totally absurd; has anyone ever experienced this before? I’m yet to respond and considering if I should go ahead with their request, because I guess if I don’t, they win anyway.

Is there any UK based Casinomeister members successfully playing and receiving withdrawals from Wild.io?

Would a PAB be worth submitting?

I guess this can be used as a warning to others and a lesson learned by me; which is a shame as their site is really good.

Any advice greatly appreciated. Thanks.

The KYC and stalling on these casinos is brutal. Certainly contributed to me playing less slots.

On the other hand, if either of the two sportsbooks I use asks me to do a stupid selfie or a ballerina twirl on video, I would oblige. They're too valuable...

Unfortunately, if you play at such casinos you are a bit stuck, if they decide not to pay you, you are up the proverbial without a paddle.
This is the reason I do not play at 'offshore' unregulated sites. Their ball and their own rules. Can decide not to pay you whenever they feel like it just by invoking the "We are not UK Licensed" card for instance.

Also, Wild.io do not have a UKGC licence. From your profile you are based in Scotland. I guess you are going to have to play ball with them if you want to get your withdrawal paid.

Be careful, as they could invoke the "We do not accept UK players"

This is what I see when accessing their site, from my UK IP address ( I am based in the UK )

Yes, I have seen this happen more than once. Casinos cite the use of a VPN and the availability in some jurisdictions to avoid payments.
