Non-Bonus Complaint Why it is like that ?

Hi Guys

Iam playing Hitman at every MG casinos and I found out that every casino had made up it own machine. I could not beleive that the casino can not manipuate the game . When complaining they all said "we have random generator" and they all say "the payout is 85 or 95 % etc....).

This is really confusion between the payout and the way the machines are running.Of course they can not manipulate the payout but they can manipulate the spins. In the screen , You can see the feature or the bonus coming but at the end nothing. "Like someone is puting his hand in the game to stop it to give you the bonus).The free spin is giving nothing even with the small bet.

Iam planning to send an official complaint directly to the Microgaming company to ask them officially to review a certain casinos because Iam depositing on and on and nothing coming from them even when you get the feature.They dont let you even enjoy the game. Any deposit went in few minutes. For how long we have to keep silent .This is not fair from them and this have nothing to do with luck or random generator. They are feeling free to take money from honest players by manipulating the spins.I got manytimes the feature (free spin ) but at the end I got the screen "Congratulations you won 0 coins.

We will see what the MG company have to say about this

All you will get is that the machine pays 95%. What is in question is HOW it does this, are the REELS THEMSELVES random, or are merely the RESULTS random. The difference is important, as if only the RESULTS are random, you may see payouts that are inconsistent with the frequency and position of the symbols on the reels. This is certainly the case with the early slots, such as 5 Reel Drive, yet MG have always assured players that EVERYTHING is totally random.

Sadly, they have been found out too often, it does not affect the payouts, but does show they are not being truthful as to how the software arrives at them. The ONLY thing I believe to be random is the core RNG, I suspect that past this, the results are formed by mechanisms that do not reflect the game materials as displayed.

5 Reel Drive was exposed as being weighted, and not random in the sense that the reels had equal chance of stopping on each position, and worse still, by playing less than max lines players might only get 88% payout instead of 96% as on all 9 lines.

Treasure Ireland & the other "Fruit Machines" are not random, although they meet their target payout over the full cycle. On these, what is offered depends on what has been taken, and paid out, in previous spins.

Many players report seeing patterns in many other games, but these have been explained away by the brain wanting to see patterns in chaos. Without a full audit of the source code, we will never know, but each time they get caught out in an untruth, they lose the credibility of their statement of randomness.

Bingo is random, but if I am playing Thunderstruck, I am expecting to be playing a 5 reel slot, not a game of bingo pretending to be one.

Thanks for the explanation. To be honest on this issue I can tell you go and play at casino share Hitman and go to other casinos even the accredited one's and you will discover the difference. In casino share Hitman is running normal and you will have all the feature (free spin, bonus ect..) and even I got nearly 20 euros in free spin with single 30 cent bet.That' why I said certain casinos and even it is the same software (MG).

But at others you will get nothing . Then go and play Hitman at 32red or villento and you will discover what Iam saying.

What I can say that one day they will be caught and they will loose many players even they are accredited here. they can not convince me providing the 85 or 95 % payout because you cath nothing and how you will get payed.

I can add to you something : when you spin at the game "Hitman" at those casinos , the spin itself took seconds to complete and you can see that the spin was changed .Iam not an expert in Softwares or computers but the game itslef tell all. Can you also show me any thread here reproting wininng in MG slots 32red or any casino. The Forum here is fullof 3dice screenshots winning not MG except for those who are palyig pokers.

When casino is accredited or win price does not mean he have green light to do whatever to take money from players. The MG is not checking it' own software. We know all that we will not win at the end but at least those casino have to let you enjoy the games . They are fast to take your money even when betting small amount.

What I can say is that I hope the meister who we trust a lot , will take in consideration this issue and will push them to correct themselves before it will be too late for them when they loose many players.

I honestly believe the MG slots are random. (I didn't used to!)

Our brains do not understand random. We can't witness an event and concluded it was random. We can understand the word by definition only.

The way I determined the slots to be random was to look into the odds for non-winning combinations. Statistically speaking if the slots were rigged there would be an abnormal amount of non-winning combinations that we would simply not notice because they did not trigger a win to get our attention.

For example. In the slot "Ho Ho Ho" I chose the wild symbol on the 5th reel and counted how often it would appear on the center position. Since there are 38 symbols on reel 5 the wild symbol will appear on the center position only once in 38 spins. Over the course of 1000's of spins the results were that the wild symbol would appear almost exactly once in every 38 spins.

I use this method ever time I play at the casino. I chose different symbols on different slots and every time they were statistically correct.

Our Brain is OK and the Brain of some casino managers are not Ok. Then if you think that they are random then show us in the futur your winning from slots in the MG casino or your withdrawal.

Don't try to make me understand what is random or not. it is moral obligation to inform players what is going on in some casinos. I can tell you that the only way for those casinos to keep player silent is to offer him a free bonus to play when he made complaint. So we understood what is going on now.

This site is trusted because he is defending the right of players and that is why we are here. Everyone is talking now about random and that is what make peoples deposting and deposting more without any winning. I beleive that originally the MG games are random but some casinos change it to the way they want. They dont change the payout of course but they manipulate the spins. That's what I want to say. The time you have to get the bonus feature, you will not get it and even you will get the feature the machine start to turn quick without getting a cent. That' what you call it random????

People have always been talking about random, not just now.... and people will always complain about it.

The slotsmeister tourny shows you have made 17,000+ spins at 32Red this month. If you have been spinning @ $1 per spin then you should have lost around $800.... or $1600 @ $2 per spin. If you have managed to lose less than that this month then you have been lucky and the slot has paid out more than it should have, but you will feel like it is rigged. You can be lucky and still lose a lot of money.

Slots don't need to be rigged. At 95/96% they will make a ton of money.

I've been lucky @ 32Red & Dash casino. I should have lost 1000's with the amount of play time I have received. I've been very very very lucky yet i'm only a few ahead.

I have noticed that Nicole complained of "technical problems" with Hitman in another thread, which was the answer given by casino support to explain why the game became unavailable in Flash, and was later reinstated.

This is the kind of thing that only leads to casinos "shooting themselves in the foot", especially when it happens to an "old" game that has no damn business being "updated" at the beginning of the month. I have noticed in the past that the older games are often updated along with the new ones each month, so why? (can MG explain what all these updates are up to).

An update is a change, so these old games are indeed being changed regularly, but we don't know what these changes are - are they to do with payouts, such as reel strip changes? Last year, the strips were cracked for many of the MG slots, which gives us an opportunity, for the first time, to revisit these older slots to see if any reel strip changes have indeed been sneaked in. I don't believe that in the few times this has been looked into, such changes were found.

The bonus rounds in Hitman are NOT RANDOM in the sense that each value has an equal probabilty of ocurring, they are weighted heavily down in the case of the assassination bonus. I have had this often, and the award is statistically far to often at the bottom end of available values for this to be a fair game at the implied odds shown on both the awards, and the multiplier. I believe that this round does indeed "cheat", and that the higher wins are far less likely than they should be. This would be the same as having weighted reels to block the higher wins in the base game, which does not seem to be the case.
Having such values displayed, but blocked by weighting, in the Hitman assassination bonus game gives a false expectation of what should be hitting, and this leads players to believe the whole thing is cheating them when things turn negative.

There are many other slots to choose from if Hitman is giving anyone a bad time, and often a rest makes a badly paying game turn over a new leaf.

I do not know why there are so few 32Red winner screenshots. I have often been more unlucky here than elsewhere, and have never hit as big as elsewhere. I don't wager as much there though, as they run tournaments and promotions less frequently (this seems to be changing for the better though).
