Why are IGT slot gamse server responses so slow?

I apologise if this is this thread exists somewhere on here already - I did search but could not find anything. I like a lot of the IGT slots and play them across 3 casinos. I have noticed that a lot of the time the server response times are really really slow. 9 out of 10 spins seem to result in reels just spinning away for more than 10 seconds before finally stopping. I see this behaviour at every casino where I play the IGT games.

The IGT slots I tend to play most of all are Monopoly Plus, Star Trek Against all odds and Siberian Storm and I get this slow response across ALL three of them pretty much all the time.

Does anyone else suffer from this problem? If so, does anyone know if it is a server lag problem or client side issue? It is certainly not my internet connection as I don't suffer the same lags with MG, Playtech or NetEnt slots.

It's been like that for a while now, on most, if not all their games. i stopped playing IGT slots all together. If they can't provide a decent service, I'm not giving them my money. simple

I still play IGT slots like Bitten (at Betvictor) and yes the server issues make the games unplayable for most of the day, but if you get up early, ie about 5am UK time, then there's a window of about half an hour where the games play without a problem.

Thanks for the info - unfortunately they are not so great that I would get up THAT early to give my money away.

The lag on spins is horribole, but i gave up playing IGT almost impossibole to win on most of there slots unless you play there very high varianced ones but they can be brutal.

I did play Kitty Glitter like a mad man for a few months after watching a huge win on youtube, but out of 150-200 freespins i think i had 2-3 with a retrigger but all paid shit, never managed a 100x on it.

basically same problem here

but we have a DOUBLE lag, since further to the "standard" IGT lag, then we have the national AAMS lag (where every single spin has to pass several severe examinations :D )

so that mediumly a spin can take about 90 seconds, if you are lucky.

The big plus is playtime. Depositing 50€ and playing with mimimum stake, you can play one week even if having the usual AAMS's terrible RTPs settings.

I can tell you it is the same here in the US. Some of the new regulated casinos have some IGT games and they can spin for 30 seconds or more. I have asked support about this several times and all they seem able to tell me is that it is a "known issue".

Is it possible all the other softwares get their random number results from their respective governing bodies but IGT software must get their random number results from an IGT server?

Stopped playing them for the same reasons as above, the wait time makes it a thoroughly unenjoyable experience so why keep on playing?
