Talking about Cashpot casino (for starters, but it really is just one of many), which has like 8 rating at askgamblers (i know i know but still), has some kind of "certificate of trust" and most important, they have gambleaware logo at their site... noticed 400% offer for their place so decided to check it out prior to checking forums here but needless to say, it didnt get that far, lol Also noticed its phantom bonus, with ridiculous wagering and on top of it, bonus T&C page mentions nothing about max cashouts, to find those terms you have to dig deeper.

Usually id just ignore the casino in question and forget about it but their terms are beyond ridiculous

Term 0.13.5

Should you place deposit limits on your account, any withdrawal request will be limited to five (5) times the deposit limit, and not exceed €5,000 per thirty (30) day period. Any requests exceeding this amount will be declined, and the funds will be returned to your Account balance. You may then place a new withdrawal request in-line with this limit.

- 0.13.6

If a player's accumulated deposit amount does not exceed €200, player will be entitled only up to X10 last deposit. This maximum payout will be enforced also in cases where the player made additional deposits which were deemed at the sole discretion of the Casino to have been made in order to exceed the €200 accumulated deposit amount.

i mean seriously, wtf? They claim to promote responsible gambling and yet at the same time they punish people for placing deposit limits... I know its Curacao license but this is just ridiculous, it really feels like some of those casinos are allowed to do whatever they feel like and nobody gives a $#()$

If I were looking for an honest review of a casino and info isn't here on Casinomeister then I turn to The Pogg you will get a fair review there and this casino is blacklisted on The Pogg's website. Anyhow I think they can get the Gambleware seal if they have self-exclusion and deposit limits in place. Just a guess. I would also be very wary of a site that offers a very high first deposit bonus (over 200%).

Basically casinos can do what they want within reason as long as people play at them. If every newbie looked at those terms before signing up and said hell no to a deposit then the casino would go out of business which would be the best outcome as far as I am concerned for some of these places.

I hope you aren't referring to Euromoon casino or any of its brethren. I googled the above term, and that's what I came up with. That and its Affpower rogue outfits.

I hope to have the C2O fully functional next week sometime. At the moment, a number of casinos are not in its database (we need to have an actual review page for the casino). I think using the C2O you will be able to avoid these casinos without having to waste time with their bullshit terms.

To answer your question, "Why are casinos allowed to do whatever they please?": if they are licensed in a banana republic, then yeah - they can do anything they please. That's why.

Yes, it is an Affpower outfit, the blacklisting at ThePogg for the casino in question says they are part of them.

So on top of all the other Affpower issues we now also have "t&c's that discourage responsible gambling"

Like I said in another thread, A*k Grumblers would promote a turd for a free pot of glitter. And as Bryan said, the owners have slipped the fat bloke in the jungle hut $50 hidden in a folded application form and a bottle of firewater, which he gratefully accepted with a minimum of fuss as another roll of cigar ash tumbled down his stained tropical suit assisted by the rickety fan above him. You get the picture.

What's more worrying is that with CM having accredited casinos, other affiliates here with only properly-licensed sites, why are forum members crawling Google etc. for new casinos to play at? Are people THAT desperate for a SUB, or have excluded from so many good sites they are scraping about now?

lol @ firewater

and its not like we are scouting google for new casinos to play at, but when you see a 400% bonus offer, it naturally makes you curious and you have to check it out :D

400% sounds to good to be true, because it probably is!..
the caddell group if your after decent subs have loads of brands, or the sites recommended on dunovers YouTube are all good (except powerspins haha)

You tend to find the higher the SUB % the shittier the casino is. I have never seen over 200% (for a very limited deposit) at any decent casino, aside from those '£10 tempters' that sites like Coral and 32red had, i.e. deposit £10 for £60 to play with or £32 respectively. The only sites that are genuine and keep offering these insane % bonuses are some of the RTG ones, simply because they are using the lower math model of RTG slots and you've virtually zero chance of cashing them out. Remember Tropica (Rival) and their 1670% on £100 deposit? Chopley took it and made the 118,000 wagering or whatever it was and actually did cash 900 quid out and get paid, because he figured that playing the slot 'The Back 9' gave him a EV+. Sure enough they paid him and then changed their terms to exclude that slot lol......

But as said, you will not see these mad 400% offers at decent sites because if it looks too good to be true etc.

Disagree had a few sites offer 400% AND be fine. bgtgames xfactgames slingo and others all have these offers if you dont deposit for few days after signing up.

They are all one group, the Bear Group casinos and I've played at them all before and never, ever saw over 100% let alone 400%.

Show me a 400% screenie and how much it was up to, i.e. max deposit??

Currently the SUB @SpinGenie is 200%, but limited to £100 bonus value and comes with a WR of Bonus x80 (and since their terms update a couple months ago wagering only starts to count once you dip into Bonus funds), so its more the kind of bonus you ask Support to remove rather than get excited about.
They do have substantially lower WRs for existing Customers both VIP and normal, but never seen any match bonus above 100%.

Hi.

"What's more worrying is that with CM having accredited casinos, other affiliates here with only properly-licensed sites, why are forum members crawling Google etc. for new casinos to play at? Yes.

The "Self Exclude" debacle has many concerned and i believe people are actually looking for "New" casino "Groups" or "companies" rather than casino's offering large bonuses.
The whole thing is a mess so people look for new platforms/providers that they have not played at before. Less chance of having that withdrawel denied because you excluded from same platform/provider/group/ many years ago. For what ever reason.

I have SE'd at so many casino's.
I never SE'd for any other reason than poor service (one way or another) so sometimes i look about for something/somewhere, A provider or platform that i have not played before. Even if licensed in "cupococo" theres still a chance of being paid and therefore if you want to spin then these newer places/providers etc can be a valid option.

Lets put it this way.
It can be cheaper to make a small deposit with a big bonus from an unknown company, Rather than reversing a withdrawel at a "properly" licensed or better known provider only to hit a 25% RTP on the entire session until you go completely bust, As seems to happen with most reversals that ive ever made.

If you want some cheap spintime or something different then why not. Most of us spin through boredom anyway, Its not about making money is it? So it costs one way or the other, And that is just "Entertainment"..Isnt it ?

There used to be plenty of decently reputable casinos with 400%, about 5-7 years ago. Now 200% is about the max i have seen anywhere unless it is a non reputable casino.

In my opinion players are better off looking for Casinos that reward existing Customers rather than offering crazy SUBs anyway. Things like the Rizk Wheel, Videoslots / Playjo Cashback for example add up to much more than big SUB ever could if you stick with a Casino.
