It says DEPOSIT, but the word is in blue so it doesn't stand out too much.

Sorry, but I was taught proper English and grammar. So I read things that way.

Deposit AND wager £200 means Deposit £200 AND wager £200.

For it to mean any deposit, they'd need to use a comma Deposit, and wager £200.

Or if they want to make it clearer Make a deposit and wager £200.

Or if they want to make it absolutely clear Deposit £20 or more, and wager £200 (assuming £20 to be the minimum deposit)

I'm not an expert but I've never seen a comma between two items like that. "Deposit, and wager £200."

There's an easy way to solve this: ask the casino what they mean.

Well, there you go, it actually does mean deposit 200.

Recently I saw a similar phrase at another casino and had to enquire what it meant.
It was something like: you must wager your deposit amount and bonus by 25x.
The only reason I enquired was because it seemed a bit too good to be true and it turned out to be wager both your deposit and bonus by 25.

In math we would write it as 25(D+B) not D+B25. They are different wagering amounts.
