Who is responsible for paying out Jackpots over £1 Million

Microgaming through the casino.
What would happen when theirs withdraw limits, Wouldnt it be better for microgaming to give them a cheque and pay it out of there account instead of going via casino

Reputable operators take that into account in their T&C, i.e. withdrawal limits do not apply to jackpot wins. Stay with accredited casinos and you're safe. One thing to remember with jackpots is to make sure you play in a casino where you're winnings are paid tax free. Years ago a finnish player won the mega moolah jackpot, but he played in a casino licensed outside EU. He had to pay 49% tax on the win.

My question is:
Where are going the winnings from the Mega Moolah jackpot?
The same method for your deposit (Neteller, Skrill)? Or only bank transfer?

I'm sure the operator and the player will find the most convenient way. Check or bank transfer most likely. I wouldn't dream of transferring that much money through a web wallet. But I'll report back when I win the current MM JP .

Are there any sites that show the current number of players at any one time chasing the mega moolah jackpot.

If not, anyone guesstimate the number out of interest.
